We loved how peaceful the area is. There was no noise from jetskies or small yachts. It made our time at the beach very relaxing. As far as the hotel goes, the location is perfect, and breakfast offers a variety of good quality food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are bikes available for you to rent, which made 5 to the main strip a lot quicker and more fun. Overall, we loved everything and highly recommend this hotel.

Special mention to the lady at reception who was very thoughtful, she even arranged to have breakfast bags for travelling since she knew we had to leave on a journey early and would not stay for breakfast. Having access to bicycles, behind gates parking, loungers at hotel and beech is all very convenient and breakfast selection was great.

We booked 5 nights on bed and breakfast basis, but, after trying the hotel dinner on the first night, we were pleasantly surprised and ate at the hotel every evening thereafter. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, but the food was very fresh, the menu was varied and delicious with a different a la carte option each evening and the restaurant staff were exemplary. The hotel's private beach was very close and clean and the hotel allocated us free of charge sunbeds and parasol for the duration of our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and my partner was full of praise for the massage and facials she enjoyed at the spa facilities.

Not many shops or restaurants near the hotel. You need a rental car to reach nearby towns. The hotel welcomes guests with pets and there were several guests with dogs around the hotel and grounds. While we appreciate how helpful this can be for pet owners, it was a slight negative for us.

Really enjoyed our stay here, staff were all so lovely and helpful. The beach and pool area were very clean and great facilities. I used the spa a few times was a lovely treat.We would stay here again. Very near the bus stop and downtown

The customer focus and service far exceeded our expectations... The staff was very customer orientated and went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. It started at the reception where you were always greated with enthousiasm and helpfulness. Going from helping with luggage, cleaning your car windows before you would leave again (they even proposed to clean the car entirely),... It definitely continued in the restaurant where Angelo and his crew always greated everyone with a geniun 'buongiorno' and how can we help you. Every little question was positively answered and we did feel like important and welcome guests. Also the corona measures were very well implemented (ex. an assigned place at the swimming pool/garden or beach with 2 loungers, parasol and free towels and beach bag, an assigned table at the restaurant, ...). We also appreciated the free rental bikes which we used on several occasions and brought us into Lido di Jesolo city centre in 20min. The hotel is located in Pineda, a green long at the end of Lido di Jesolo. When you are looking for a relaxing and calm 'sejour' where tradition and service are held high, we highly recommend the Ermitage hotel.

Although we very much appreciated the calm and peaceful location, we would recommend the hotel to create a dedicated 'salon' inside where you could have a drink or coffee after diner (during the evening). This dedicated area would definitely be the 'cherry on the pie' as the hotel is located at a distance from Lido city centre (by bike 20min - by car 10 - on foot +/- 1hour). This is definitely the only recommendation that we can do as everything else was provided for.

A very nice hotel right at the beach Lido. Great food, very friendly staff and the beds are very comfortable. We got an upgrade free of charge.

Somwhat dated in places, needs a little bit of maintenance. Original room had 0 sea view and was very poor value for money. The staff upgraded us to a suite for free which was much better.

Everyone was very friendly. Nice and warm swimming pool, beach just a few meters away. The restaurant is great, very good food ! Different dinner every night. Breakfast is really good as well

Great pool area and garden. For breakfast you can press fresh vegetable juice. I had late flight so I could stay at the hotel area for free after check out.
