The personel of the hotel was super polite and helpful. We felt we were very special guests for them. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the private beach area of the hotel. The pool bar was nice and the breakfast was superb!

The services of the hotel were planned especially for German tourists and their habits. When travelling abroad we are used to enjoy a dinner for at least two hours. We have never before enjoyed a buffet dinner in only one our, especially not in Italy.

It was spotless, liked the garden that also had direct access to the beach. Liked the fact there were bicycles to borrow for a nominal charge. Staff were excellent and welcoming and the food was lovely. The breakfast was excellent especially for very hungry teenage children. I also liked the cross section of guests staying. Would recommend.

The place was very clean and staff is very polite. It was very nice outside, the pool in green. Food was awesome.

It is very traditional place. I would not recommend for younger people, there is no content, nothing for entertaining. And some guests asked for complete silence on the beach, ready for arguing.

Perfect location, very pleasant beautiful garden, close to the beach, nice staff, extraordinary menu for dinner, fresh food for breakfast, very clean rooms and environment.

For me I did not like the a la carte menü for dinner, because it caused difficulties in service and the scheduling of the evening programs. In addition my opinion that the dinner menü is better for adults and not for kids. I would prefer rather a buffet dinner. But it is true that the food is very delicious.

Staff was really great,fully professionals,friendly,helpful and even managed extra wishes,impressive!

Room itself is not suitable for 4 persons,its simple not enough space for all the things you bring with you for a holiday.

All was very good until we came to book out and were charged €2.5 for the smallest of small bottles of water. which we had used on arrival from the mini bar. we have been travelling around for two months and even the most basic of budget hotels have left a complementary bottle of water in the room. this really let the hotel down.

The sandy beach in front of the hotel was very clean, the sunbeds and the umbrella were gratis and provided by the hotel. The breakfast was abundant, I could enjoy every morning in the fresh cappucino, omelette and several tipes of croissants. The room was nice, clean and enough comfortable.

The elevator was slow and I had to wait it quite long. The french balcony is too small for the summer vacations.

Loved the Hotel, staff were very nice and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities.

Loved the menus on offer, the buffet selection was good but there was no description of the food offered.

Beautiful hotel with a big terrace, a bar at the pool and direct access to the beach! The staff was really nice - they helped us plan our day trip to Venice

Beautiful hotel in amazing location, very friendly staff, excellent pool and beach area. The food was amazing and really good. We loved the green pine trees all around. All in all an excellent experience, we loved our stay.

The small rooms for one person are indeed very, very small, and the bed seems outdated small. The mattress was not 100%& straight, but was inclining towards the front edge. The beds for the small rooms should be modernised.
