We were absolutely happy with a stay. It exceeded our expectations. For a 2 star hotel better than expected. Everyone was very kind and polite, room was clean and tidy. Very pet friendly and a dog beach Spiaggia di Duke is only minutes away, walking distance. Bikes free of charge are available. I can’t understand bad reviews of some guests complaining about breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast very much, there’s everything you need. For those who are not satisfied, they should book four or five star hotel and pay the price accordingly. Very lovely hotel in a beautiful area, we loved everything about it. The location is great, private parking is a nice bonus, and rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly; food was Okay many options for dinner less options for breakfast and always the same things for breakfast; food not amazing but acceptable. Location was quiet which we enjoyed a lot we also went in last week of August maybe that is why.

The staff is SLOW, during the dinners the staff ignored us time and time again, you come and sit and wait and wait and wait eventually they show up, that was the most annoying thing I found during my stay.

Nice and clean rooms, cleaned daily (towels were changed too). Food was great - breakfast: buffet, large selection (yoghurts, milk, corn flakes, butter, marmelade, nutella, salami, cheese, croissants...), dinner: starter (3 choices - soup, pasta, risotto...), main course (meat, fish), dessert (ice cream, cakes...). 3-5 mins to the beach (walking in shade) - great for kids! Shops nearby (grocery, fruit and vegetables, restaurants). Staff VERY friendly! You can rent a bike for free (older bikes, but totally OK for short trips to the centre, shopping or just riding around, also with child seats). You can pay by credit card for your stay.

Sometimes the noise in the corridors (but it is a problem in many hotels - especially when you do not have carpets). Parking can also be a problem when the hotel is full (about 30 parking spots but about 50 rooms)

Location is perfect, close to the beach and the river where there are various options of entertainment. The rooms are fine, clean and change daily towels. Dogs are welcome. They have a carpark. The swimming pool is great and very well looked after. Definitely be going there again.
