Very clean and fresh rooms, comfortable beds, working AC, very roomy bathroom. Working lift. Water in the swimming pool had great temperature and it was really fun and relaxing to swim in. Breakfast was nice and there were many options to choose from. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful in every way, with small or large requests. Everyone spoke either German or English. There was plenty of parking space for our car and a small playground. There were some bikes to rent which is very convenient. The location was also very convenient, close to a nice restaurant, a corner shop, a park with a playground and about 8-10 mins on foot to the beach.

One of the pizzas we ordered was a bit burnt and hard. The beer we ordered was a little flat.

Everything was absolutely perfect, we had an amazing vacation. The pool is splendid, warm and big, the breakfast is perfect (open till noon, mamma mia!), location is really nice - 10 min on the shadowed path to the beach with good restaurant on the corner and the grocery shop. And the price is the same as we saw in hotels with less services in area. Rooms are quiet and spacious. I would definitely return here if we will come to Lignano again.

Can’t see any

the overall high quality standards. the room and balcony size was a free upgrade luckily. the heated pool is just perfectly designed. the catering service is also very nice. the parking lot was safe and not dense. and the location was also perfect in walking distance to the beach.

when people reserve the shadowed sunbeds with their towel early morning and they do not show up. I would suggest to implement a rule to not allow this.

The owner was super helpful and nice. He really goes out of his way to help and make you feel welcomed. He helped us find a scooter rental shop in Bibione, booked a taxi for us to the shop, tried to help me with various bicycles, drove us and our luggages to Bella Italia Village and even gave us 2 bottles of mineral water very thoughtfully

The pillow was a little too flat. But it was the same in the other hotel in Turin. Hence, I think it could the preferences of Italians

The whole stay was excellent. Great Staff, lovely facilities and an amazing breakfast served until mid-day. This should be a 4 star hotel not a 3 star.

There was nothing not to like about this hotel and we have stayed in many in Italy and in Lignano.

There where missing nets against mosquitos...

The cosy hotel is definitely good value for money. I LOVE the breakfast, fresh and with good variety. it has a nice pool for lounging, the rooms have a nice big balcony (shared with another room) and big toilets with interesting shower unit. The beds are comfortable. the staff are all friendly and warm. I’d definitely be coming back here when I return to Lignano. in addition, I had to cancel the last night that I booked just for myself without my family, due to change in plans and they very kindly did not charge me for it. they were understanding that my plans had changed.

A very pleasant hotel run by great people. Stayed here for the second (and later a third) time this year and had a great time with the family. We loved spending time at the pool and all the owners and employees have been wonderful. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay again.

Breakfast could benefit from more vegan options.

The heated pool with the comfy sun beds! Drinks are served to them as well! Delicious breakfast buffet! Don’t miss out to order eggs of your choice ! The Prosecco and the fresh fruits are another highlight
