Hotel Cincotta

Amazing staff and beautiful views!! Frederica took care of absolutely everything for us during our stay! We didn’t have to lift a finger. She booked boat trips, had wonderful food recommendations and treated us like family. Giuseppe took amazing care of us af the pool and let us want for nothing! He encouraged us to swim in the ocean and made sure we felt safe doing so! The man who brought our bags back and forth from the port (didn’t catch his name) was also extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving panarea. 10/10 staff! Would definitely come back

Exceptionally beatiful hotel with stunning views on the sea and wonderfully decorated room. The staff is highly professional, friendly and available from early in the morning until late at night. The breakfast was delicious and healthy and served on terraces surrounded by blooming mediterranean bushes. Federica, one of the manager, made us fell at home with her kindness. The Cincotta is one of the best hotel we have ever been. Words can not describe is beauty.

The view from my room was unbelievable and also while having breakfast. I live on a small island and I was still amazed by the unique view. Breakfast was really nice and the staff were amazing and friendly. I was delayed for the first night as I was unwell, and they were very kind and helpful in offering me an extended night for free. I would really recommend this hotel.

Rooms need some improvement.

A beautiful family run hotel in a fantastic location, stunning views. The staff are all delightful but special mention has to be made of Frederica, the front of house, who is delightful, helpful and the smile on the face of the hotel.

The location could not be better. Breakfast with a fantastic view was exceptional. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly to start with Federica, but everyone made our stay faultless.

The only little matter is that the room furniture could do with being refurbished. That said this would never stop us from staying at Cincotta again.

Everything was perfect. location, breakfast, the room we had, the pool and the stunning view on the sea with Stromboli in the background. the staff is super helpful and courteous. big thanks also to Federica for all her support and friendliness.

Everything was just fabulous, our room had stunning sea view, the swimming pool was very relaxing as you could hear the waves and admire the ocean, the restaurant had an excellent selection of food and all the staff was very kind, especially Federica from the front desk who was very helpful with her recommendations.

Nothing to complain

Beautiful location in an incredible setting. We got picked up by the hotel golf cart from zimmari beach and had a stunning corner sea-view terrace. The receptionist lady was wonderful and couldn’t do enough.

The only down side was there was no water or coffee/tea facility in the room

Cannot describe how amazing this place is, not only is the hotel breathtakingly beautiful, but on top of an already perfect stay the staff really set this place apart from anywhere else we stayed on our trip through Italy. Frederica at the front was so kind and welcoming from the start, offering great recommendations and always making sure all our needs were taken care of. Giuseppe by the pool was so kind and attentive making our day with his smile. Alessandra at the restaurant made our mornings at breakfast always going above and beyond remembering our coffee and breakfast orders. Overall cannot wait to return and can’t recommend it more!!

The hotel gardens are beautiful - lush and full of beautiful colours and smells. The staff, especially Federica at the front desk and Benny and Fabio at breakfast, were really friendly. The location was amazing - just a short walk to the harbour and main part of town. There was a beautiful view directly to the ocean from our balcony, and the bathroom was a good size. The saltwater pool was clean and inviting. At breakfast, there were many sweet things to choose from (but limited savoury options) and watching the harbour traffic plus volcanic smoke rise up from Stromboli in the distance was a really relaxing way to start the day.

This is a small thing, but the bed in our room didn't face the balcony doors/ocean, so you looked at a wall rather than looking at the spectacular view. That kind of experience would be lovely to wake up to in the morning. The wifi didn't work very well in the room - the signal was weak - but it sounds like connection is patchy on the island in general. There isn't much room around the pool for sun lounges which meant the 10-12 were in high demand (the rest were chairs). We were there at the end of the season so I can't imagine how packed the pool area must be in the height of summer. Paying 15 Euros for a poolside Aperol Spritz was a bit of a shock too, but if you're prepared for the prices and want a "to hell with the expense, I want to chill" experience, this is a great place.
