The hotel is located 100 meters from Cassana ski lift. All amenities required by skiers are available (locker room with boots heaters, ski room). Excellent breakfasts, eggs prepared on-demand, fresh orange juice, local hams and cheeses, very good coffee. Family rooms are available. There is no restaurant to have dinner in the hotel, but every afternoon there was a welcome snack served free-of-charge in the lobby to allow guests to have something to eat after skiing all day.

The dining area is a little small, and some people had to have breakfasts in the main lobby, which can be inconvenient because you have to take the stairs (we noticed that because we were a group of 4 families and we used all the seats in the dining room). Also breakfast could be served earlier on Saturdays when lots of guests check-out and have to drive through the tunnel to CH (closing at 9 am). There were no hangers in our family room (405). All the above are minor defects, which don't change our general high regard for this hotel.

The personnel was very nice, welcoming and attentive to all my needs. Good location, not far from downtown but in a quiet area. Very clean, good breakfast buffet with local products. Great idea to give the possibility to access one's personal Netflix account on the tv in the room. I had a very nice stay.

The room could have been a bit bigger but it was cozy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Lovely alcove in room with dining table for take always. Spa brilliant, though expensive.

Hotel is in a very good location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was in good condition and clean. Beds are comfortable and even has a "pillow Menu". Breakfast was nice and always had fresh products. Great ski storage lockers with boot heating system in each. Underground car parking was very nice convenience.

Shower is very small but worked well.

Great location, helpfull stuff. Our Accommodation was from Saturday and we arrived early in The morning - they allowed us to use The garage and locker for ski… Liked Their approach.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient. Facilities provided everything you need to have a great ski vacation.

Mattresses were ok but could have been a bit better.

We really enjoyed our trip. Hotel was really clean, room was bigger that we expected. We didn't like that you can hear noises from other rooms and from the reception, we missed vegetable at breakfast.
