1. The breakfast was amazing. 2. The shower had good water flow and hot water. 3. The 2nd receptionist was very helpful and engaging. 4. The beds were comfortable.

1. The 1st receptionist was a bit brash and not very welcoming. 2. It was a hot afternoon and the air conditioner wasn't working. The 2nd receptionist was very helpful though and came and fixed the issue. The room had had the window left open which made the air conditioner not work. Suggest the cleaning staff should ensure the windows are closed as part of their room preparation. 3. The room was a bit dusty. 4. The smoker ashtray at the front entry. People were leaving their butt in the bin and not putting them out resulting in disgusting smell of cigarettes as you walk through the main door. Suggest the butt bin be relocated away from the entry door. It's a non smoking hotel but you can't enter without covering your face to avoid the stink of cigarette smoke.

Very convenient location near the autostrada for stopover. It’s set up well with covered parking at your door. We appreciated that the manager sent a very nice bowl of freshly cut fruit with apologies for the problems with our first room (see below). The main restaurant had an excellent menu, good wine selection, and reasonable prices, but let down by the service.

Our room had problems with the lighting and we had to move to another room. Some staff were not so friendly or efficient. Breakfast was poor. Scrambled eggs were cold, as if they’d been stored in the fridge. Settled for croissants and coffee.

The location is excellent, easy to reach just off the motorway and a very short drive to Lake Como and the Swiss border. We had booked a double room for one night but were delighted to be given a free upgrade to a suite. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy it! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good but not a great deal of vegetarian choice. We settled for a great pizza for dinner and the breakfast was very good. It is obviously a popular stopover, very busy with families from all over Europe.

The location of the hotel very close to the highway Swiss-Milano. Pets are welcome at the hotel, staff is very client oriented, cool and kind. They offered us breakfast bags (because we left before the restaurant opened) and they were well furnished. Beds are of good quality and ensured a good rest after a long trip. The restaurant is nice and proposes good food. Clean and cosy room.

Maybe the quality of the room’s door which was not acoustically insulated enough to attenuate the noise from the hallway.

The hotel is located close to Como, has more than enough parking spaces, and has all the facilities to overnight with comfort and fun. They also upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. Incredible value for money.

This is a great place for travellers by car but I can't even imagine getting there any other way. If you're on a car trip, you won't find anything better for this price. No complaints at all.

Great for a stopover on the way North or South. The hotel is in good shape, the reception gives a good first impression of a newly renovated/built place. The room I got was spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated, breakfest was good. All for decent price. Will be back.

The only minor complaint I could have is that the pillows were quite hard. There are two pillows provided, it would be easy to have one soft one and one hard one.

Many good options of fresh fruits and croissants. Overal a nice selection of different options. Staff was very nice and helpful when needed.

The coffee. I must admit it was not of a very good quality and from a place like this (where everything was very good) in Italy, one would except a better coffee...no big deal, just a detail, but it could be improved

Location very close to the motorway exit, easy to park inside the property, efficient and friendly check-in, complimentary room upgrade to junior suite, spacious room, good restaurant inside (very nice pizza and nice service). Overall good value for money.

Arriving the room temperature was a bit on the low side, it took a while to get the comfortable temperature in the room. The hotel decoration is not my taste but overall acceptable.

Since finding the hotel when returning from camping trip we have stayed 3 or four times. To be able to visit Milan and especially Come for 5.. 10 Euro and walk to train station is priceless.

Nothing really - Just Hotel has ticked all the boxes for us. Thanks.

Everything was fine apart from comment below.

At breakfast, one of the waiters used his hands to put the ham on the tray. My daughter stayed here a few days before and said he did the same thing then. This is unacceptable hygiene. We told the person on the desk and he noted our complaint.
