Beautiful location, building, lovely rooms and garden. Incredibly peaceful area and great to visit neighbouring towns like Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Wonderful staff as well, all very helpful and there was always someone there to help. A real find and great way to experience Tuscany. Surrounded by fantastic countryside .

The food at breakfast was a bit of a let down. Whilst they did ensure we had our gluten free bread option, there was hardly any hot food available for breakfast. The eggs were mostly overcooked or they had run out even when there were lots of people at breakfast. Decaffeinated coffee was instant and the tea was lukewarm. It’s a shame as the breakfast is an important part of the stay and the view outside was lovely. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was nice.

+ Staff was just great, lovely and gave us the feeling of 'home' + Great room, very clean, old tuscany touch but in a good way + not many people can sleep here so it's quite and everyone respects that + Location was great because it was way on the countryside and no disturbances here + pool was great, garden was cut perfectly and was beautiful + you can rent a vespa for 80€ whole day and just 40€ if you take it just for the evening - we drove into pisa and the way there was magical - we absolutely loved it

- nothing really except that we had to leave - only thing we could mention is that we got a receit for the snack in the bar with just the price and not how much everything cost. overall it was perfect! we recommend staying here and we will come back!nn

Returned for our 4th visit. Restaurant is good, staff brilliant and communal areas are excellent.

Breakfast is limited - fruit not ripe and not much choice. Outside furniture has suffered during Covid years and needs replacing.

This place is amazing! We had booked this our final night to enjoy a pool day after all the walking on our trip to Tuscany. Everything from start to finish was so tranquil and relaxing. The staff are amazing, some of the most friendly people. Rooms were beautiful and bed amazingly comfortable. We’ve already talked about coming back! I also have to mention the restaurant is spectacular, we both agreed it might have been the best meal we’ve ever had. 10/10, must visit if you’re in the Lucca area.

Very nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is nicely decorated, very comfortable and spacious rooms! Good airconditioning (a little bit noisy though), and a beautiful view. A nice and quiet pool where you can have the best homemade cocktails, and dinner in the restaurant is also highly recommended!

Lunch options were very limited. You really need to take the car and go somewhere else for lunch / a snack.

We have stayed already several times at this beautiful place and love to come back again. The location is absoluetly gorgeous in the middle of a park and very quiet at night. The pool and breakfast areas as well as the main building are also very nice and tastefully furnished.

This time our room was one of those not quite recently renovated with rather old interior. We were staying in one of the smaller rooms on the ground floor facing the breakfast area. However, we enjoyed a pleasant stay altogether and will certainly come back!

Hotel is in a stunning location and the views from the pool are lovely! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we found all of the staff wonderfully accommodating - particularly Francisco, Sara, Roberto & Gianluca. Would highly recommend renting bikes to cycle into Lucca and a vespa to explore nearby places (Montecarlo, the aqueduct, etc).

We stayed here for a night before checking into our wedding villa, which was just 6 minutes away. A fabulous little villa, great service, great breakfast, clean, lovely pool. Exceeded our expectations!

We stayed on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed. There was a lovely traditional restaurant just a few mins walk, but would have been nice to eat on site as we had lunch at this restaurant also

the character of the Villa and the way it’s situated (quiet area); very serene the friendly staff the pool food in the restaurant at dinner time was nice the bike rental

rooms can get a bit noisy (older building with poorer isolation). music in the restaurant tended to be more that of a discotheque than of a high quality, serene Villa, jazzy tunes or light classical music would fit better. be aware that the location of the Villa is outside of Lucca and that you need a car to get around with flexibility. Taxis to Lucca cost around € 25 one way and biking is not really safe nor really nice (no safe biking paths). interior decoration of the Villa is a bit outdated, could be much nicer without having to spend a lot of money; the only thing needed is a person / interior stylist with good taste

This is simply a splendid villa! The grounds are immerced into the hills, very large, very quiet, while easely reachable. The villa itself is very well kept, all details are though over! The pool is nice. The restaurant is a must! Great food and excellent selextion of wines. The staff is helpful. The villa is very close to Lucca and close to Pisa which makes it a perfect place to schedule a visit in the region. Would definitely return when in the area! Thank you to all the staff for a perfect stay!
