The hotel is located near the Old Town. Silent air conditioning, minimalist furniture, good breakfast, friendly staff, parking in the inner courtyard.

The bathroom cannot accommodate more than 2*. There is no shower cabin but only a shower on the floor with a curtain under which water flows throughout the bathroom. The sink, although large, does not have an edge on which you can put the kit with personal items. The mirror is narrow, placed between the half of the sink and the shower curtain. If you stand in front of the sink, you don't have a mirror to use. The price of 174 euros per night for a comfort room is inappropriate, plus 15 euros per day parking in the inner courtyard.

This is a very convenient, well located and efficient hotel. It met all of our needs - excellent room, very pleasant and good breakfast, excellent parking available and close to the things we wanted to visit in Mantova. But, most of all, the staff are absolutely fabulous! Everyone was as friendly as could be and were extremely helpful in every aspect, including directions to good nearby restaurants, calling taxis, They made this one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had anywhere.

Lovely big room, nice breakfast, very heloful staff. The woman on reception the morning we left was kind enough to respond to my phone call from the railway station and arrange a taxi to come for us there as we were unable to reach Verona by train owing to a rail strike, and no taxis in sight :)

Annoying trying to make one of the bedroom lights work, otherwise nothing :)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a comfortables bed and very quiet. The bathroom was big and modern. The breakfast was good, with fast service, varied and fresh food. Good location, having a parking place - 10 min walk to the old centre but we found near the hotel some good restaurants as well and a nice cafe and a bar.

We couldn't really control the air conditioning over night ( was either too cold or too warn) and also a bit too noisy. The shower cabin was a bit too small despite the big bathroom.

Break was perfect. Really rich. Location is good, 11 minutes walk to center. Quiet rooms. Everything is new and modern in the room.

Room was too small for 4* hotel : 2.8m×3.5m. Like a chamber. Girl in reception was very polite, but when we asked for some help with local call, she refused. She shouldn't and she didn't . It was strange.

Feels like a family run hotel - the staff are welcoming and friendly. We are driving around Italy in our own car and they couldn’t have been more helpful. private car park (€15 per day) and excellent breakfast. very modern interior design behind old facade.

It’s a 10 minute walk into the old town.

- It was a cold in the room during our first night, but this issue was resolved in our second night after we told reception staff

lovely clean and modern hotel… helpful staff.. quite close to the city… parking in street until 8 am .. we managed to get a park…then it’s up to each individual to find a park … lovely breakfast

Hotel Casa Poli is in a great location, no more than a 15 mins walk from the centre of Mantua and also the Palazzo Te. Very welcoming staff, made good dinner recommendations. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel spotlessly clean.

A perfect hotel, easy to reach en not too far form the centre. (Mantua is a small town, with lots of things to visit). Poli Hotel has a very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was well organized in these Covid-times (and tasteful). The carpark was easy to acces. There are some good restaurants in the near surroundings, eventually a 10-minute walk will bring you to some nice squares and terraces. We came to see Palazzo Te and the Bridalroom in Palazzo Ducale: both outstanding and both 12-14 minutes walk form the hotel. A smart stay!!!!!
