I liked the place a lot. The hostess was very friendly and helped me out a lot of times. She was very accessible as well. The fact they have their own restaurant and that you can have a full course menu for 25 euros (!) is amazing. I really enjoyed the food. Every day there are multiple times they have a small van that brings you to the beach, or brings you back from the beach. You get your own parking spot in the shade. Breakfast is very good. The views from the place (and your room) is amazing. Overall an amazing experience!

The only small downside is maybe the location, but I didn't mind this.

The staff were really nice and helpful. We had the most beautiful view from our balcony and the sunset bar was perfect. The bartender was great and mixed good drinks and even brought snacks. The breakfast was really delicious and the same with the food in the restaurant. We had 5 lovely nights. We recommend the place and would like to come again ourselves.

Unfortunately, the aircon did not work satisfactorily, although the ceiling fan helped a little.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were great. We ate every evening in the Hotel and like the breakfast it was really good.

The Hotel was great but we had to drive everywhere, there was no good bus service to the other villages.

We had an outstanding experience at Sant'Andrea Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, beautiful view (we could admire the sunset from our balcony). Everything was well organized, staff is helpful and kind and at the end the value for money is excellent. You' re not getting only a room, but a lot of other facilities like a courtyard equipped with cozy furniture (sun-beds, comfy sofas/ armchairs) where you can relax (amazing view), children playground, free shuttle to the beach and back multiple times a day, covered parking, ferry discount, massage (paid extra) etc. The breakfast was excellent, we could have it on the terrace outside (sea view). The food in the restaurant was tasty and in terms of quality vs. price, one of the best we got on the island. Many thanks to the whole team!

Not a complaint, but a suggestion - maybe for the future you can consider to isolate better the rooms. We could hear sometimes noise from the other rooms (depending on the neighbors).

Beautiful location and gardens. wonderful sea view. Catered for gluten free very well. lovely menus for evening meals, again very adaptable for gf. All staff very helpful and friendly. So incredibly peaceful and quiet (this was in April) Really need a car here if you want to see more of the island. we did a lot of walking and found some extraordinary foot paths through mountainous terrain (not for the feint hearted). Then hired a car for roaming for 2 days

Could be quiet noisy in the room, hearing loo flushing and tv next door. Bed was exceptionally firm. There was no information of ideas or suggestions of excursions or things to do either in our room or at reception. Some maps were available, but you had to figure what to see etc. Having said that, apart from hiking or cycling around, I don’t think there were other attractions as such. This is just the place to go if you want to completely switch off and relax and are not interested in excursions.

the location was amazing. loved the place! u see the sunset at the terrace with a apertivo, you can see the sunrise also, perfect dinner was amazing and price/value good

The best place in whole Italy I have stayed. First hotel on Elba which was much better than in pictures. So nice and beautiful surroundings - first of all the picturesque sea view. Every single corner is decorated, in the garden you can find many places to rest - on sun beds, or hammocks, or in a private tent. Very nice and beautiful textile decorations, pillows, blankets, everything you need and even more on each step. New, fresh and clean. Hosts are helpful and polite. You really feel welcome. Delicious restaurant for dinner. Perfect breakfast on the terrace with a sea view. Best place to stay on Elba island.

Somewhat Strange dinner menu but we were there very early in the season and it might have been because they were just opening up. Really lovely staff and very lovely location. Very accommodating

We had a great stay at Hotel Sant‘Andrea. The staff was so nice and friendly, the food was great and the view amazing. Everything was clean and designed with a lot of love. This place is really great and I recommend to have one (or more) drinks at their own sunset bar.

The price for the rooms is a little bit high. But Elba in total is more expensive, especcially during holiday season.
