Easy to find, parking opposite. We arrived very late & the owner was kind enough to come & open the door for us. Breakfast was nice too which was included in the price

Nothing to do with the property but an alarm was constantly ringing outside so didn’t get any sleep! Make sure you get an adapter for chargers/plugs if you’re travelling from overseas!

Rooms have been big and modern furnished. The beds very comfortable, there was AC and even mosquito nets which is a plus. The bathroom was very nice and big. Breakfast was very good and fresh (delivered to a table in the Inn bar/restaurant) - cold cuts, cheese, fresh bread, juice, coffee and tea.

Parking is opposite of the Inn and public ( paid). There is no reception so keys are handed over in a bar belonging to the Inn.

A great place to stay for one night if you are just passing by. The room was really big and the shower cabin was really good. The breakfast was nice too. Despite a bar downstairs the noise was not an issue. There is a spacious parking lot in the other side of the street which has a lot of spaces.

Cigarette smell in the bathroom from time to time.

Perfect breakfast - you can choose sweet or salt (we did salt) - fresh baguette, juice, ham and cheese. Pub at the ground for beet/wine lovers :) clean and airconditioned room. Good location to start continue your trip.

No such things. Eventually in offer parking location should be specified (opposite side of street). I had to return to find it. But maybe its due to me ;)

The room was really beautifully decorated. The room was cosy, clean and had everything we needed. We would come here again as we really liked the accommodation. I give it a 10/10 because everything was perfect!

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied but the coffee was really good.

Renovated, spacious room, spacious sanitary room. Very kind staff, welcomed even if we arrived very late. Very delicious breakfast. Air conditioner in the room. Convenient location. Free parking is provided. Cold limoncello in the adjacent bar! Excellent!

The room was extremely spacious and it’s all brand new. The breakfast is really big and yummy! The place is outside Udine but it has a really nice mountain view.

There is no lift. The shower drain was broken and the water leaked out, it wasn’t a problem as we were just staying one night and we used the shower the morning before leaving.

Breakfast not overly rich but sufficient. The B&B is located right at a frequented road so if you get a room in the front facing part of the building you'll don't want to open windows. Also, the AC unit was quite small for the family room with four beds and had no chance too cool the air under the roof. But generally, it was OK for one night stay on our journey down south especially due to the close proximity to the A23 Autostrada.

Nice hotel room with luxurious bathroom, all new and clean. Rich and fresh breakfast. Ideal place for sleepover on the way.

Pity that the bar in the groud floor does not offer any meals in the evening

The rooms were incredible. We were all amazed how brilliant they are. The bathroom and outside space also excellent. We were asked if we would like a sweet or savoury breakfast on arrival. The staff were really lovely and the bar is great. The wine and sandwiches were also lovely and cheap!
