The staff were incredible. Extremely helpful with any questions or needs you had. Very good English speaking. Antonio and Fabio in the pool bar were particularly helpful and their espresso martinis were fantastic! The rooms were very large, very well equipped and there were plenty of towels provided. We had an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children and the main bedroom for us was huge! You could have fit 3 double beds in there, it was very generous. The balcony also was very large. We had a table for 6 and sun loungers with plenty of free space. Food at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed some dine in evening meals and the beef especially was incredible. Also the pizzas were fantastic 👏🏼 Our children like a basic margarita, they were 12" and €5. Amazing! There are recycling bins provided at each property which we loved. The view looking over to Capri is just stunning. The location of the property is fabulous. While we were there we visited Naples, Sorrento, Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. This hotel is very central and easy to commute to any of these locations. There is parking on site if you have a hire car, roughly 10-15 spaces and entry to the hotel iitself is only possible with a key to lift barrier. Very safe.

The pool needs emptying and cleaning, then refilling. The floor of it was very dirty. The water itself was clean as there was a robotic cleaner in it. We visited at the beginning of the season I don’t know why cleaning of the floor wasn’t carried out over the winter. It was absolutely freezing in the pool but that isn't a huge problem. The showers are very small. It is a 45° cubicle inserted into the bathroom with a folding door. I am a size 10 female and it was tight. If I was of a larger build I would have really struggled to fit.

everything!! our room was an apartment!! a very useful well appointed/stocked kitchenette and living room area - shower room - bedroom with TV and access to personal balcony that affords you uninterrupted views to Capri, Ischia and the whole of Naples bay - as does the pool area, the restaurant and breakfast room. wifi works very well Restaurant serves authentic beautiful Italian food Breakfast room serves your breakfast and strong black coffee (my morning necessity!), other coffees obviously, in a relaxed environment secure parking My wife and I highly recommend this hotel which I’m so pleased I found - we would come back again if and when time and money allows. we’ve already recommended to friends. incidentally the hotel is obviously set up in the hills, the driving to and from the hotel to the airport, attractions in Sorrento, Amalfi etc is an ‘experience’ but we are so pleased we did. nothing!! it’s that lovely - you will regret not staying

When we first arrived, I was disappointed and upset at the location of the property (and felt mislead by a travel agent). I felt it was too far away (time-wise due to the terrain) from the things we wanted to do and inconvenient to shops and dining. I COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. It IS an out-of-the-crowded-way gem in a quiet town in Sorrento, but close enough to the action to enjoy that too. The apartments were immaculate, conveniently and comfortably appointed, and competitively priced. The property is lovely, with a fantastic pool and deck area. The cafe and Restaurant Tonno & Company made it unnecessary and undesirable to go anywhere else for food - the offerings were plentiful and beyond delicious and satisfying. But the true reasons to stay here are: the incomparable view of the bay, the Isle of Capri, the setting sun …. AND THE PERSONNEL (owners and housekeeping included)! What a beautiful and perfectly lovely group of people - they are the icing on the cake! First, they clearly enjoy their profession and are happy to be there. Then … they are warm, inviting, smart, talented, hard-working people. So accommodating, so enthusiastic. They introduced us to several wonderful, worthwhile activities in the area. And saw to our comfort and enjoyment when we were in-house. We felt like we were staying in a dear-friend’s guest house. (In fact, every other guest … and there were quite a few, all super people from across the globe … felt like fast-friends.). After just four days, we were sad to be leaving them. Thank you Christina, Danieli, Fabio, Andrea, Giovanna, Antonio, Tonino, Antonio and Chef, Marco and the Mrs. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This resort is a little bit of heaven on earth! We had a lovely stay, apartment was comfortable and clean, terrace with view of Capri was magical, all the staff were so nice and we had excellent breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Pool area was clean and beautiful with a view of Ischia, Capri, and Vesuvio. We didn’t use the kitchen during our stay, but it was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. A few hundred meters from the resort there is a supermarket, a bar with lunch service, and a couple of restaurants. 10-15 minutes drive to get to beautiful beaches.

The only thing that was not perfect was the noise coming from other apartments sometimes. We could hear the toilet flushing, people walking, and talking. This did not disturb us too much though.

The staff were very accomodating, food was amazing, we had views of Capri, the room was comfortable to stay in, but the pull out sofa beds were not like sleeping on a normal bed, a bit uncomfortable. 4 minute walk to the bus stop to go to Sorrento. Fantastic authentic Italian family run restaurant, 3 minutes walk .

The pool closed at 7pm for swimming, which was disappointing as after a day being out sight seeing, a swim would have been perfect. The rooms we were in didn’t actually have a bedroom door. It was not seperate. Sofa beds were uncomfortable

We had an enchanting experience at this resort! The pool was simply delightful, providing a refreshing escape on warm days. The breathtaking sunset views left me in awe every evening. The breakfast was great, offering a perfect start to each day. Above all, the staff's warm hospitality and attentiveness made my stay truly exceptional.

While the apartment was showing some signs of wear and tear, particularly in the kitchen, it still provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I loved the view - I’m very view led so this was a major factor for me. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the stay very enjoyable. We loved our time here. We were fortunate to experience the ‘party’ night / I loved that the local community join the party. It felt very authentic

There isn’t much! Some of the apartment was slightly run down but honestly, comparatively for Italy it was wonderful

The restaurant on premises exceeded our expectations.. everything was homemade and delicious ! Especially the grilled octopus, the freshest tuna tartar Ana the most delicious light and fluffy cheesecake .. upon arrival, they gave us an upgrade ! Pool is beautiful and very clean The view of Capri was amazing , especially at sunset

The distance from town was a little far - 20 minutes by car .. you need a car if you stay here

The setting was amazing with stunning views of Capri from our aprtment and all public areas. The staff were extremely helpful with our excursions and requests for taxis etc. throughout our stay, and even gave us a free upgrade from a one to a two bedroom apartment! The bar and restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent.

My only suggestions to improve our stay would have been some music/entertainment in the bar in the evenings after the dinner, although we were slightly ahead of the main season so perhaps this happens in July/August. Also, I would highly recommend they consider establishing regular transfers to/from Masse Lubrensa and Sorrento, rather than having to arrange taxis. But this is really nit-picking as we had an amazing time.

The view is really amazing on Capri Island. When the weather is clear we can see Procidia and Ishia islands as well. The restaurant is great and the staff! All the place is really clean.

The maintenance check between the turnover should be improved as we had no air conditioner for the first night and the previous tennant had shut down the hot water. Cristina helped us right away the next morning and compensated us with a nice buffet breakfast and change us to a new appartment while they where replacing the 2 cooling units in the initial appartment. We would have appreciated more equipment in the kitchen such as plastic contents for left overs or foil paper. There is no oven and it is really basic for cooking ustensils. There was no salt, pepper, olive oil as a base in the kitchen. Out of six BBQ that we have seen in the others appartments around, only our first appartment had a grill in the BBQ.
