Fabulous service and good place to visit Venice (train goes every hour and brings you right into Venice in 40 minutes). Breakfast is also very good and very nice sport facilities. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Hotel rooms are new, fresh and nice with airconditioning.

The prices for the sport accomodations were rather high, 30 euro for 1 hour padel, 15 and 20 hours for driving range and 5-holes golf course. We understand that things cannot be for free, but maybe a little lower price for hotel guests? (people not staying in the hotel also can book the facilities)

The room was extremely spacious and the facilities on site are better than anyone can expect. Very clean hotel and the hosts are able to speak many different languages and can cater for anyone that chooses to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and you can tell that all the staff take attention to detail seriously. There is a free car park on site and limited restaurants around the hotel, although Memphis Belle is a brilliant bar with food to match. The bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious. The bar onsite is available to residents. We don't usually use the Wi-Fi as we find 4g and 5g more quicker, However the Wi-Fi here is fast and faultless. There is an indoor pool that is perfect for families and a large outdoor pool (Which was not open during our stay) that looks amazing. Tennis Courts on-site and a golf driving range. European breakfast was great and I'm sure the team there would be willing to get you anything that you request. A fantastic place to stay away from Expensive Venice and being around 35mins drive away from Piazzale Roma, we were comforted to be able to return to a clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming hotel. Thank you all for making our family stay memorable.

If you have selected this hotel to visit Venice, I feel that you will need a car to see the marvelous sights the city has to offer. We didn't mind travelling, as we had other sites which we wanted to see e.g Pisa.

Very friendly and helpful staff and exceptional facilities. Breakfast was great with a large selection of fresh food constantly refreshed during service and a nice outdoor seating area for that full holiday breakfast experience. Pools were great, amazingly clean and very well maintained. Will definitely return.

Food not available in the evenings apart from themed nights such as pizza night and a BBQ evening. Not a big problem though as there are plenty of restaurants nearby

Great starting point for Venice if you travel by car, since you can park your car for free and round trip to Venice St. Luzia station only costs less than 11 euros per person and with 45 minutes it doesn’t take longer than driving to Venice, park your car for like 30 euros and take the train from there… Also the in- and outdoor pools are a big plus during the summer heat.

I don’t know how convenient or inconvenient it is to reach the hotel by public transport.

Relaxing quiet very nice hotel

Air conditioner in the room doesn’t stop at set temperature, keeps cooling, it becomes a little bit cold during the night. Pool is not exclusive to hotel guests, may get crowded by daily customers.

We could charge our electric car easily at the parking lot and the price 5 € was very reasonable.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. Technician came to fix it, but it broke down again during the night.

We were simply looking for accommodations it to far from the airport, but we stumbled upon the jackpot! The hotel made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the front door. The interior and the grounds are extremely well kept. Everyone treated us as if we were guests of the family. I would love to return one day!

Friendliness of staff, helpness of hosts, very agreeable hotel, the pool, quiet location, the tennis courts, the room, breakfast on terrasse, bar open all day at hotel and at the pool, the gardens. Impecable cleanness everywhere in the hotel. Vey convenient location when you want to visit cities around (Padova, Treviso, Venezia, Vicenza) and to go to the see. We had a lovely stay and could relax and enjoy it a lot !

The fact that the pool is open to people who are not client of the hotel. Some days there were just too many people, not aligned with our deliberate choice of a lively but medium size hotel (we stayed there in peak August season so this explains it, we suppose). Tennis court price should be included in the hotel price. We didn't use the evening restaurant because the day of our arrival the employee told us it was closed, and we understood it was closed all days. We only heard it was open ... when we left! So better to ask ! ;) Booking appeared to add extra hidden daily ("service" ???) cost on top of price, after the confirmation step! but the hotel deducted part of it so it was ok.

Wonderful and extremely service minded staff. Great big room for our family. The teenagers loved it, played paddle and swam in the outdoor & indoor pools. Couldn’t get a better hotel near Venice.

Breakfast was excellent. Everything was very tasty. Great pool and paddle tennis. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent starting point for excursions to Venezia, Treviso and Caorle.
