Big warm welcome when we arrived, even though we were early. Room upgraded and were booked in early as we had arrived on a hot day on a motorbike. The motorbike was allowed to be parked under the reception canopy and it was made clear to us it was a biker friendly hotel. The room was extremely clean with toiletries in the bathroom, water in the fridge and a very large comfortable double bed. Outside there was a large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and parasols, lovely staff, good snack bar, tennis courts and a golf course. We ate there and it was barbecue night with a couple of singers, making it a nice atmosphere with good food, vegetables from their own garden. Breakfast buffet style and there was a good choice with nice coffee All staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly on reception and the lady working on the inside bar. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re en route to Slovenia/Croatia as we were.

It would have been nice to have had a choice for the evening meal even though the barbecue was very nice.

This is a family owned and run hotel and has a wonderful atmosphere. The family and staff are really friendly and nothing is impossible. My bed had an extra top matras a few hours after I mentioned that my bed at home was softer. We have stayed at many hotels all over the world but have never felt more welcome than here. From the way to early arrival in the morning; "please go in and have some breakfast" to "Take care and hope to see you again soon" when we left.

Fabulous service and good place to visit Venice (train goes every hour and brings you right into Venice in 40 minutes). Breakfast is also very good and very nice sport facilities. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Hotel rooms are new, fresh and nice with airconditioning.

The prices for the sport accomodations were rather high, 30 euro for 1 hour padel, 15 and 20 hours for driving range and 5-holes golf course. We understand that things cannot be for free, but maybe a little lower price for hotel guests? (people not staying in the hotel also can book the facilities)

The room was extremely spacious and the facilities on site are better than anyone can expect. Very clean hotel and the hosts are able to speak many different languages and can cater for anyone that chooses to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and you can tell that all the staff take attention to detail seriously. There is a free car park on site and limited restaurants around the hotel, although Memphis Belle is a brilliant bar with food to match. The bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious. The bar onsite is available to residents. We don't usually use the Wi-Fi as we find 4g and 5g more quicker, However the Wi-Fi here is fast and faultless. There is an indoor pool that is perfect for families and a large outdoor pool (Which was not open during our stay) that looks amazing. Tennis Courts on-site and a golf driving range. European breakfast was great and I'm sure the team there would be willing to get you anything that you request. A fantastic place to stay away from Expensive Venice and being around 35mins drive away from Piazzale Roma, we were comforted to be able to return to a clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming hotel. If you have selected this hotel to visit Venice, I feel that you will need a car to see the marvelous sights the city has to offer. We didn't mind travelling, as we had other sites which we wanted to see e.g Pisa.

Very friendly and helpful staff and exceptional facilities. Breakfast was great with a large selection of fresh food constantly refreshed during service and a nice outdoor seating area for that full holiday breakfast experience. Pools were great, amazingly clean and very well maintained. Will definitely return.

Food not available in the evenings apart from themed nights such as pizza night and a BBQ evening. Not a big problem though as there are plenty of restaurants nearby

Great starting point for Venice if you travel by car, since you can park your car for free and round trip to Venice St. Luzia station only costs less than 11 euros per person and with 45 minutes it doesn’t take longer than driving to Venice, park your car for like 30 euros and take the train from there… Also the in- and outdoor pools are a big plus during the summer heat.

I don’t know how convenient or inconvenient it is to reach the hotel by public transport.

Very nice room - big bed, great bathroom, nice outdoor pool. Lovely and helpful staff! We had to leave early to airport and we were able to eat breakfest and make check out earlier than in timetable. By pool you can buy icecream and drinks using your room plastic card. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Nice swimming pools, tenis courts, golf course etc. Easy check inn, plenty of parking spaces. Excellent restaurant within a walking distance from the hotel.

Room could be bigger but OK for one night. Pool party on Sat. night was little louder but bearable.

Relaxing quiet very nice hotel

Air conditioner in the room doesn’t stop at set temperature, keeps cooling, it becomes a little bit cold during the night. Pool is not exclusive to hotel guests, may get crowded by daily customers.

We could charge our electric car easily at the parking lot and the price 5 € was very reasonable.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. Technician came to fix it, but it broke down again during the night.
