The large room, the location.

The personnel has to improve their manners. There is some guy with glasses, dark hair and a dark car fiesta who is rude to the guests, pushes them when he is in a hurry. Is he a worker or a commercial partner, I don't know but he is an habitué. He would definitely have to learn some manners and to behave politely. The women at the breakfast know this guy who comes often and they serve him first, leaving a mother with two children waiting. So unprofessional. So, the hotel is a 4 star, but the staff is pretty lower.

Everything else. The staff was all very friendly and helpful . The breakfast had everything and was delicious. It had fruits cereals eggs breads cakes , everything ! The room was very clean and was getting cleaned everyday. The shower was perfect and out view from 5th floor was beautiful . The location is good ! You can see the outlet from the window,its very easy to find and theres a mall 5 minutes with car . Jesolo was near too only 35 minutes . It was a very good decision to take this hotel .

The only thing that bothered me was the blanket that was only covered with two white bedsheets so it was always getting messed up when sleeping in 2. If you are alone i dont think theres a problem .

It is not related to the hotel but i was robed at the parking in the front of the hotel early in the morning by progessional couple who is usually present there. To all future guests please bez carefull because my belongings were taken in front of me While i was put luggage into the car. Realized minute after basterd left but to late. Reported to the police but no outcome. Hotel stuff was helpfull and supportive.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I keep coming back. You really shouldn't need specific information of one or two sentences and then force me to write five of them. I won't rate hotels again.

Very kind, friendly and professional staff. Clean places, nice green environment. A big variety of delicious raw and vegan food. The beach is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and large umbrellas. Restaurant right on the beach. Refreshments are continuously served at the sunbeds. All public restrooms are clean throughout the hotel and the beach area. We had a patious, comfortable and well equiped room with seaview. Special thanks to Ahmet, our roomkeeper, for the excellent sevice, and his kindness!

Location. Parking. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel became very dirty and “tired”. Needs renovation. Poor breakfast (used to be much better years before). The staff at the restaurant. 20 minutes before the end of breakfast it was difficult to convince them to cook scrambled eggs for the child…told us, that they have to close the kitchen…

Very good location, close to highway and Shopping outlet Noventa di Piave. Room was clean, spacious and quiet.

It is not an objection, it is a suggestion for hotel. You need more staff on the breakfast, especially when is crowded like it was when we were having breakfast. Further, you should upraise the price of breakfast as I saw there was to many guests who’s leaving a lot of food on their plates. Two tables from us I saw that someone left 2 croissants, 4 pieces of tost, eggs, cheese, jam... on the table.

Close to shopping outlets, convenient possition available parking. Good roadhouse restaurant 30 meters away.

Internet connection in the rooms. Strange bed linnens actually two sheets, no extra pillows...on breakfast two times when beverages and juices ran out theh were not replenished. The breakfast options on food and beverages seem to end before breakfast end time.

I would suggest to add some sound insulation into door, otherwise all noises from bad-behaved guest are to be heard in the room. as this is not fault of staff and hotel, I didnt look at this when writing this review. I understand you cant choose your guests, but sometimes it is really hell (the noisy unpleasant family from 406, during our stay, was in one word nightmare)
