Value for your money. Close to the train station.

The are is quite noisy if your room is facing the street. We also saw gangs or groups of young men harassing tourists out on the walkway. You will want to avoid going out alone in this area. We saw fighting on the street and the day before we witness a young female tourist being approached and harassed by a group of 5-6 immigrants. We made sure that the girl got out of that situation and then asked the hotel to call the police.

We stayed four nights in this hotel. This hotel is right outside the Mestre Railway Station. Supermarket (Ali) and few Chinese restaurants are close in walking distance. Bus No.2 stop to Venezia is also very close (one at Raiway Station and another one right outside Ali Supermarket). If you buy the Venezia Unica day pass then the bus fee is included. Pay attention that if you buy the one-day (25 euro) Unica pass, train (TRENITALIA) and bus are both included but if you buy the two-day (35 euro) or three-day (45 euro) Unica pass, the train is NOT included and only bus is included. The room is big and super clean. We (2 adults and 1 teenage) got 2 rooms in the suite so it is very convenient. The housekeeper is super nice and every night when we come back the room has been very well made-up. The front deck is quite helpful to address questions and provide directions for logistics. Overall, if you go to Venice this is an excellent choice to stay.

There seems to be some sort of Party outside the hotel (across the street) so usually the sound of music and cheers are a bit annoying until 2 am in the morning. If you are sensitive to that please ask front desk to give you a room not facing the street.

The bathroom has new modern beige and ivory floor and wall tiles. Very clean and modern look. The granite countertop on the table was beautiful and elegant. I liked the most the fish tank that decorated the entrance. You stepped on a bridge and underneath, the fish swam from one side to the other. The bookshelves in the lounge and the whole old office decoration with typewriter machine created a cosy aspect. The Alliper store is on the same sideway with a hotel within 3 min walking distance. The railway Mestre and the bus stop (no 2) to Venice is across the hotel within 2 min walking distance. The travel time to Venice Ple Roma is 15 min by bus but you can also take the train to Venezia Santa Lucia railway.

Breakfast is not worth for the money (15 euros). One type of cheese, one type of bacon, one type of sponge cake. Plastic furniture in the room. It is neat, easy to clean, easy to replace but it looks cheap for a 4**** hotel.

Nice location, really close to Mestre central station (the rooms are quiet and you do not hear the noise from the trains). Staff is friendly and breakfast has multiple options. The hotel also has a nice bar with cocktails, wine and snacks at a fair price, which is a nice surprise in a place like Venice. Highly recommend

There are several restaurants along the street to pick from if you're not up for heading into Venice. We opted to stay here because it's more contemporary than the hotels in Venice. This accommodation is fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were so comfortable, perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. Being right across from the train station made getting around a breeze, and the coach stop for the airport was just a two-minute walk away. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I ever come back to Venice.

I was very appreciative that my room was made available for me when I arrived early! ALL the staff were very helpful and the location very near the railway station and also near the airport coach stops was ideal for me. It was easy to travel into Venice very quickly and inexpensively - and also to Marco Polo airport on departure. For English visitors it is good to know that BBC News as well as CNN channels were available on the TV!

The range of cooked breakfast could have been better and also some dried milk sachets in the room for those of us who drink tea! But these are just small details!

This hotel is far better than the average European hotel. Across from the train station, it offers convenient access to Venice.

The hotel offers exemption from the Venice Access Fee but we were not advised until checking in. Since the fee increases unless paid 4 days in advance and since the hotel is not on the island, we did not expect the exemption and needlessly paid the fee before arriving. The hotel should advise guests of the exemption availability when confirming the booking.

The room was very clean and big. The location was the best outside Venice, on the train station. The breakfast was good but on the cite there was a waffle picture and there was no waffles.

The stuff was very nice and answered our many questions. Although, some of them told us wrong stuff about how to buy tickets to the airport and didnt tell us basic stuff like that the tickets are not for a specific time and that they valid for an amount of time (72 hours if i remember correct). At the end, they hellped us very much with buying the tickets.

The Location is Great ! You are in front of the train station and you can get to Venice St Lucia in 10 minutes .the Bus No 2 is there but is crowded. The Breakfast is excellent with the Cereals/Bread/Jam-Butter/Juice/Coffee ,Tea/Scrambled & Boiled Eggs etc. Something for all ,even kids .Recommend you add this to your booking and then you are good till a late lunch . Room was big and with good bed size and comfortable . What surprised us was the staff !!! The Front Office /Breakfast and House Keeping were excellent !!!! There is a private parking which right now cost 15 euros a day.

I am still thinking -could not find one reason

I arrived late and checked in late and the staff made it so convinient and easy Chek-in. The room was big, bathroom was spacious with a bathtub as a great addition. Minibar is available in the room, coffee and tea with a working water boiler. Location is one pedestrian away from Mestre Train Station. Check out was great too, the receptionist was awesome. And she let me leave my luggage while I explore around Venice. Highly recommended!
