The location. It is opposite the railway station so as base for starting a holiday using the train it is ideal. Same goes for a short Venice break as you can use the city card on the bus to the vaporetto stops at the Piazzale. But the buses are busy. The hotel serves a good breakfast and the desk staff are helpful. I have used it several times.

My room did not have a bedside lamp and the charge point for phone and toothbrush was awkwardly placed in the bathroom.and there was no wastepaper basket. It is all trivial and could be fixed.

Location , across from train station & local bus . The airport bus was down the street , less than a 10min walk. The breakfast was very good , the emps extremely friendly.

With a room over looking the street & train station, it can get noisy from the car & bus traffic. Our room was an older one, the bed was comfortable but even with the windows closed, it sounded at times as if the windows were open. Must chk for bugs , not bed bugs, in bed because we did have some bug bites after our stay that appeared the night after we had left the property.

The location is very advantageous if traveling by rail. The hotel is right opposite the entrance to the station, especially nice when returning late from Venice. The price was a little high, but it's practically Venice. Very hospitable guys at the reception, they treated me to coffee and handed a bottle of water. The bed is comfortable, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep, there is even a very small fridge.

The air conditioning in the room work loudly. Wi-fi in the room could not be set up.

Great location with super close proximity of both the train and bus stations. Comfortable room with balcony, clean and well maintained. Very good coffee at any time your heart desires it. And the most important aspect: very friendly and helpful staff, always asking if there is anything extra they could do for you. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

VERY convenient for the railway into Venice or Milan. Old fashioned features of an old palazzo but modern facilities. Very helpful staff. Totally recommend.

The hotel was fine. The main street not marvellous but a couple of outstanding fish restaurants quite close by on side streets.

Good location and decent hotel for a night in transit.

There are horrible "million watt" lights that shine brighter than the sun and penetrate all curtains, shades, and windows -- practically impossible to sleep. We also found that the sliding door to the patio was left open -- terribly humid and the AC was struggling until we found out in the middle of the night.

The staff was amazing, they were very helpful, always eager to help. Breakfast was also great, you can choose from a few things, croissants are delicious and coffee is really good. The room was clean. The location is outstanding! Literally a few steps from the train station :)

The room smelled because of vinegar, probably used for washing sheets and towells, as they were stinking with vinegar. It was only one quite huge minus as the smell was really unpleasant for me. Bathroom was clean, however in my opinion it needs refreshemnt with painting and light changing, but it wasn't bad.

The receptionist (Zihad) was very helpful and professional. He delivered a 5starts service by being always available and trying to accommodate us as much as possible. I recommend this hotel for its staff, value for money and great location. 7min by trains to Venice, 20min from the airport by bus..

Very good location across the street from the train station. Venice Old Town just 15min or so away by train running on rather frequent schedule. Also, it’s cheaper compared to old town and does not require you to cross number of stepped bridges and fight your way through the crowds in the narrow alleys of Old Town.with big luggage bags to get there. Can be easily reached from Marco Polo or Treviso airports as coaches stop next to the train station. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained and in good condition.

It was a bit cold at night. AC/heater didn’t seem to be working and there were not enough warm blankets.

A warming welcoming with a staff that is always happy to see you. A delicious breakfast with an amazing coffee to add to it. The rooms are always warm and cleaned daily. The staff were really awesome they helped us every time we needed assistance for the city, train tickets or anything. The location is also perfect for anyone who is looking to travel around.
