Easy to reach Venezia. Electric car charging facility is available. Clean rooms and very big bed.

Check-in staff could be more warm and friendly. Breakfast (15 Euro) could be better with different types of bread, boiled egg etc...

Location on the edge of nice quiet neighborhood but only 2 blocks removed from the Main Street Via Piave, turn right 3-4 blocks to Mestre train station. STAFF: Nice, helpful, polite and professional. Very unusual to be escorted to the room and being asked if the room is to your satisfaction. BTW, unlike 4 star hotels in Milan where the lobby is more beautifully renovated than the room, this hotel’s rooms are renovated more beautifully than the lobby.

Location: Turn left on to Via Piave and you’ll feel a sense of BEWARE, possible drug dealers (especially at night).

Nice close location to No 2 bus into Venice, easy to catch and only a short trip. Hotel was peaceful and quiet and off street parking was great for a fee. Room was clean and bed was good. Breakfast was nice.

General area near the bus stop (a few minutes from the hotel) seemed dodgy and felt a little unsafe. Restaurant options in the area also felt a little unsafe to access. (none of this the fault of the hotel) The breakfast whilst generous also had some items that smelt and tasted very close or past their use by date. Don’t expect views if booking in this area.

Hotel is situated in the suburbs outside Venice. It is located well for public transport to Venice and we actually purchased our bus tickets from the hotel reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the air con was excellent. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. There is a lift to access the upper floors. We parked our motorcycle securely in their underground car park for an additional fee. There are restaurants and bars within a short walk. Overall, a very nice hotel which we would return to.

Breakfast was a little limited and the layout was chaotic. This is no reflection on the incredibly nice and attentive lady in attendance. It was a buffet breakfast but the only bread was croissants whether savoury or sweet. It was definitely short of some crusty rolls etc. The layout meant that when people entered the breakfast room no matter what food you chose, you would have to wait to get milk,cutlery coffee/tea which were all in one place at the end of the room. I waited for several minutes with a bowl of cornflakes as I could not access the only jug of milk. What was there appeared to be of good quality.

We had a great time, the reception was so helpful, proposing sightseeing and activities, helping with practical arrangements, etc. The hotel is very close to the train & bus station, nevertheless the surroundings and rooms are quiet and calm. Mestre is the ideal place to stay to do day trips to Venice, Padua, Verona and even the alps. The room was very clean, the bed great comfort and the best was being very central but still not hearing any noise and having a great night rest! One day we also used the buffet breakfast, and it had a great choice of Italian breakfast options, making you feel like living the Dulce Vita :-) We would definitely stay here again on our next North Italy trip.

I truly recommend this hotel. It's located in a charming Italian building and it perfectly connects modern comfort with traditional style. I love the wooden ceiling! Bathroom was very spacious and had a window. The place is clean, towels are changed daily. The location is superior, only a few steps from a bus stop from where you can take direct bus to Venezia (takes 15m), and a 5 minute walk to the central train station from where you can go anywhere in Italy (we went to Bologna). There is a lovely café nearby where you can get delicious coffee and a croissant, we were having breakfast there every day! Supermarket is close to the hotel as well. If you want to visit Venezia this is a great value for money and you will be satisfied.

We travelled with two kids, booked the Comfort Junior Suite for a one night stay. The rooms were spacious, bathroom with a shower and a bath, comfy beds. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection to choose from, the staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely, well organized and clean. The rooms have smart air-conditioning and a recycling bin for waste separation - which is a nice touch. Hotel is on a quiet street, but close to the bus station - perfect for a day trip to Venice.

The shower drain was clogged, it took forever to drain. We let the staff know the following day at the checkout and they promised to fix it.

Love this hotel..Good location for buses to Venice and beyond. Staff very approachable and provided lots of information. Room facilities very good.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would make it perfect

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean property and rooms. Very close to bus and train links into Venice and the Airport. The bed was so big I could lie lengthways and it was still bigger than me (5’3) with plenty of room to spare. The bed was super comfy and soft. 10/10 will stay again.

The shower couldn’t go very high, hight wise, as the highest it could go was loose so couldn’t sit there. This didn’t affect the stay at all as the shower still was hot and worked, it’s the only thing we found an issue with to write in this box. :)
