The apartment was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. There were two separate bedrooms with a double bead each, a common area with a kitchen with a lot of facilities, a sofa, a table, a balcony and a common bathroom which was very comfortable. The metro station is very closed to the apartment as well as a super market. The staff was very friendly while assist us in every question we raised. We felt very welcomed. We strongly recommend BB Hotels for your stay in Milan.

There is nothing that we did not like to the apartment. It was just excellent.

Very clean, well presented. Close to a metro station (and the good side of town to access the Centrale station). Decent set of equipment for simple cooking albeit no basics, not even salt. Dishwasher was good, with tablets supplied. Simple toiletries supplied too. Good beds - memory foam pillows which suited us. Nice big balcony to sit out on. Two supermarkets plus minimarts nearby.

The air conditioners were not great. Cooled the place somewhat (the weather was 30+C in the days) but didn’t get down to really comfortable temperatures. No oven, just a microwave with grill function which limits the cooking.

Very clean. The management was really helpful. Although we checked in after hours, they made sure to give us the correct instructions and left out the key for our room. When the AC stopped working for couple of hours, they made sure to work on fixing it for us during our stay. The hotel is located 20 minutes away from central Milano and was very close to the metro. We also rented a car and it was very easy to find parking spaces outside the hotel (paid public parking).

The apartments are nice, tidy very clean and spacious. There is really enormous terrace which is nice. The place is in a safe neighborhood which we already knew from before. The metro station is few hundred meters away, it is really close and convenient. The rooms have enough space ,there is a fridge and a cooking plot with all kitchen things.The big bathroom was very ncie and comfortable. There were enough towels and it is clean.

The building was so extremely heated. We had difficulties to stop the heating in the flat. The air was dry and we had to let the window open all the time. In Milan is not cold and usually is very mild so no need for that heet.Thats the only thing we met as a problem and suppose is something that could be corrected, or the the best is the guests to decide how hot thew want. Otherwise all was perfect.

Clean, simple, peaceful and well worth the price. Location outside the centre which was a plus (for us), but with subway, tram, bus and train connections nearby. Facilities for making your own breakfast (and dinner if you’d want to), small supermarkets a couple of blocks away. Perfect base for day-trips or spending the day downtown.

Wi-Fi, AC and fridge were there and worked, but were not exactly great. Did their job though, and on our arrival the staff apologised that AC has some problems and repairs were underway, liked that.

really nice hotel (with working elevator), great location (near to the metro station Ca Granda), quiet part of the city (we could hear just cars on the street in the morning), big clean rooms, new towels after 2 days, cosmetics in the bathroom (shower gel, soap), working hairdryers, easy check-in and check-out, big living room connected with kitchen

It is not a fault of the hotel, but our "neighbours" upstairs were a little bit loud one night so we could hear that. And related to the rooms, I would prefer more comfortable mattresses (otherwise beds are big, clean as new).

Very central location, close to subway and a few stops from the centre. We get rooms larger then expected and with huge balcony. The rooms had thick shades that filtered out all the street noise.

Good parking options, spacious apartment. You get the basic amenities. They have some strong ACs, but it gets confusing how to operate them.

Could be confusing to find, the entrance gets closed off hours, it's a bit complicated to reach the parking lot, and leave. The apartments road size gets noisy and the walls are thin, so if people are loud in the hallways you will definitely hear them. I got charged for cleaning fees, didn't understand why that was and wasn't expecting it.

location(5 min away from tube) , plenty of space in the apartment, cleanliness( cleaners every 2days) , safe neighbourhood day and night , responsive and polite reception , bakery in the corner, 2 big markets very close open until late .

no laundry facilities in the apartment or the building (closest is 5 min away), freezer broken for all our stay(5days), no window nets(lots of mosquitoes when windows open , stayed there at the end of October), unless the hairdryer was faulty there was a timer for it (30-40 sec max, then waiting couple of min before using again)

- Staffs are friendly, & helpful. - Your room will be cleaned every 2 days which is great. - We rent 3 bedrooms unit & it has large living room, large balcony. - Complete cooking equipment - 3 minutes walk to Eurospin supermarket & 5 minutes walk to Carrefour supermarket. - 5 minutes walk to Metro Ca Granda

Wi-fi could be better. It is very unstable in our floor (3rd).
