Pool was fantasticfor the kids. Along with location, 20 minute journey by metro to duomo. Couldn't have been easier. Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend and definitely stay again if returning.

Rooms are a little dated but if like us you're not spending much time in the room then it's not a problem.

Breakfast was great and the common areas are very beautifully decorated

The room was very tight for three people, and I kept stumbling into the furniture/hurting myself. For the high price they didn't even offer a coffee machine at the room. It was very hot and for our surprise/astonishment they close the pool at 7PM. Imagine that you are in Milan for tourism, and you will stay at the hotel during the day to use the pool? Of course you want to use it after an exhausting long day of walking. It was very disappointing not being able to use the pool.

Hotel Novotel in Milan is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in the city. The hotel is located close to a tram and subway station, however; finding taxi was a major headache which was our mode of transit. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well-designed with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Although a business hotel but iron was not included in the room services. Overall, Hotel Novotel in Milan is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

The location was a little disappointment for me considering there is hardly anything to do.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was great. The elevator might need some updating, because it was so slow to go up and down. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The area surrounding the hotel is very calm, lots of small businesses, which is great. All in all it was a great stay.

There's a park at the back of the property which is pretty dirty, and some people hang around there late and night, which at times causes some noise. But it seems that there was nothing shady going on there, just noises. A very safe environment from my experience.

We booked two executive rooms for a family of 6. The rooms were clean and modern with dressing gowns, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, Nespresso machine with pods and two glass bottles of chilled water all included which was a nice touch. We were allowed to check in early as our rooms were ready, which was great after travelling since early morning and allowed us to get out and about to explore. Staff were friendly and helpful and polite at all times. The hotel is a long walk from the Duomo however, you can catch the metro from Ca Granda (a 5 min walk) for just €2.20 and be there in no time at all. We weighed up booking close to the Duomo but prices were extortionate so the Novotel gave us a much more affordable option. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The bar / restaurant staff were outstanding, all of them and particularly the manager, who was an excellent host. Really helpful, great service. The food was easily the best I have ever had at a Novotel. Try the beef, superb, the veal was really good and my wife's burger livid up to its; gourmet billing. The hotel scores a 9, rather than 7-8 because of this. The parking is also very convenient and secure.

Noisy outside the room at night - annoying unless you like loud rap from da hood.

Very good location of the hotel since there is a metro station close to it. The hotel was in general clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Bedroom and bathroom facilities were satisfactory as well (shampoos soaps/free water etc). Beds were comfy. In general a very good choice and value for money.

Nothing negative to mention.

This was only a short 2 night stay so unable to make full use of available facilities. However the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Situated very close to some nice restaurants and public transport

I'd like to say Thank you very much for the help you did for us. I have forgotten my rings inside the room., we tried reaching out and the staffs are very helpful. They tracked the rings, kept and packed them properly, and sent them back to us. Thank you for being so patient and helpful to us. Thank you for your support. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location , is close to CaGranda Metro station , which is very convenient. There is also a parking available, so hopefully we might use it next time . Its also easy to park close by, the area is not busy. The room was clean , the personnel helpful. Room was a bit small but vfm. We will recommend it and we will probably use it again.

The shower was not ideal , could have been better ( some problems with the pipes - but easy to solve. )
