The hotel and room was spotless bed was so comfable. Room service fantastic. Breakfast was great lots to choose from. Hotel was 40 mins walk from milan. Or a 5 minute journey on the metro which was 5 mins walk from hotel and cost 2 euros. Various bars near the hotel and a fabulous 24 hour supermarket which sells everything

Rather disappointed checking into hotel as not much information shared regarding area, breakfast safe deposit boxes etc. Felt rather rushed and not much consideration taken. arrived 8.30pm and enquired about supermarkets near by. Was advised supermarket closed 8pm. However walking 4 mins down the road we found 24 hour supermarket. I consider information like this should be more accurate, just felt like the reception person was dismissing us. Would like to add different member of staff on duty when we were leaving. We were having issues with taxi to the airport and he was very helpful

Hotel good located near metro Gambara. Very friendly staff. Hotel is not far from San Siro stadium, by bus 80 good to reach. Breakfast good! Room also good! Highly recommend!

Hotel has private parking for guests (free) but almost full. Luckily near metro Gambara there is parking space under parasol for €6 per day, so that was good! No negative things about hotel.

The reception staff members are attentive and provide excellent customer service. The cleaning staff is also commendable. Check in was straight forward even though I booked the hotel last minute. I was given the room I requested and to they provided necessary information. My room was very clean with enough towels and soap. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. Check out was equally very easy and they found me a taxi in less than three minutes. I'll surely recommend Antares Hotel Rubens, and I'll stay here again.

Please provide cleaning wipes for the fitness room. There are towels and water, but in this era of coronavirus, you need cleaning wipes and liquid to wipe down the gym equipment after use. Also invest in free weights. They are cheaply available on Amazon. This comment does not diminish this excellent hotel. Just an additional note. I'll stay here again and highly recommend it.

Extremely well run, modest size hotel. Exceptional staff, all very friendly helpful and attentive - including the lovely staff in the breakfast room each morning, those on reception including particularly Laura, and the cleaning lady Michela. Everything was prompt, no waiting around. Bed & room very comfortable, good choice of food and drink at breakfast. No problems with wifi.

Bathroom accessories (shower gel, shampoo) were foil sealed and challenging to open without a sharp implement - which you don't have with international travel. An intermittent low rumbling sound at night - underground (?) but I got used to it.

Super friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, convenient location near metro, good value, nice room amenities, good air conditioning, very clean.

Main problem: Shower water pressure too low, it takes double the time to shower. It's normal that hotels limit water pressure, I don't mind, but in this case it was too little. Minor issues: No real electrical outlet on bed side, WiFi requires login with email, sliding bathroom door doesn't completely seal bathroom and when open it covers mirror and light switches.

The staff was very helpful when I checked-in and they helped me book taxi. They helped me with my luggage to the elevator since there are steps from the main floor to the elevator. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station.

The location of the hotel is not in a great area and the surrounding area can be spruced up a bit more to make it look more inviting and welcoming.

Room a good size for Milan very clean and comfortable beds, breakfast was good especially liked that i could make my o own carrot and ginger juice. The bar staff are fantastic very attentive and the bar snacks are almost too much, too many to choose from, service first class.

The Pillows were not soft a personal choice but the only negative i have.

Breakfast at its best. Rooms design. Staff reception and restaurant. Free car parking for guests. Sala delle Nuvole and red plants pot.

Rooms facing Via Rubens street (noisy) with road traffic. Requested at the booking a silent room, confirmed but the assigned room was facing the noisy street anyway. Explanation was about the twin beds room configuration. How about some soundproofing works, instead?

The staff was excellent ! Thank you Marcelo and Laura for being so helpful - they got us an extra room for a friend that had a problem with his air bnb Breakfast had all the basics + smoothie station- the room was big and comfortable hotel is located walking distance to very good restaurants and close to the train station

Super clean, very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. We had an event in Sansiro and there was no taxi service as there was a strike however we walked 20 mins straight road to the hotel, very easy and it was also safe. The hotel staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms very very clean!!! Breakfast was good enough too.
