Although on a map the hotel is far from the centre of Milan, I bought a Metro pass for the 3 days I stayed here which was an excellent decision as this hotel is close to the Metro and it made travelling really easy. The room was modern, tidy and clean, the staff were also amiable and welcoming when I arrived or left. I really enjoyed my stay here. The daily room service was really lovely and they looked after my belongings and felt very safe. I went to an AC Milan game and came back late, the area of the hotel felt really safe and everyone on my trip to Milan was so welcoming. I would stay here again.

The room had a couple of repairs that are required in my room, the toilet didn't flush very well and was easily unattached from the wall and I think as I was early I missed the completeness of the tidying for there was a leftover shampoo bottle! The hotel and all Italian hotels could add tea and coffee-making facilities into the room for international travellers. My view from the room was of the stairway which occasionally had loud people and smokers in the courtyard outside but didn't bother me too much! For these reasons, I couldn't mark the hotel as a 10 as it wasn't perfect but was not far off.

I really enjoyed my stay. I haven't seen this part of Milan before, the area is nice, beautiful apartment buildings nearby. Although the hotel is not super central, I liked staying in this quiet residential area of Milan, slept well at night. The metro access makes it convenient if you don't mind travelling around. Supermarkets nearby and gelateria. Breakfast was good. Coffee ok, automatic machine. Very clean, the room was cleaned and beds remade every day.

The only issue is that you can hear other guests next door if they are talking super loudly. I had to knock once. But I think they were young kids...this didn't continue past 23:00/23:30.

Staff was very helpful, kind and courteous. Each employee serving breakfast, cleaning the rooms, and front desk staff were very kind and helpful each day. Thank them for their service...This is a great value for your hotel.

Room #105 The phone wire was broken. The toilet could not flush properly(mechanism air line), and water would run for approximately ten minutes. Would be nice to have a USB connection on the desk.

Arrived well in advance of check in and were able to leave bags, was no issue. Stayed in a premium triple room with 2 friends, room was a good size and was extremely clean. the shower was insane! very quiet room even with windows open. Hotel is perfectly located near to Amendola metro stop, which gets you to the centre within 10-12 minutes. We visited the San Siro to watch Inter Milan, the stadium is a 25 minute walk, made better as there is a few bars on the walk. can’t fault this hotel.

Breakfast room was cramped, but the breakfast itself was good with a good selection of options.

Breakfast was reasonably good. Not elaborate but normal for this size Hotel. Room was nice with working air conditioning (+30c outside). The staff was great. We were late for breakfast (+30 mins) so they made us Cappucinos and some croissants so we wouldn't need to leave without eating. Close to metro station Amendola. No need to go anywhere else when you are visiting Milan!

Great breakfast!! Located close to a subway with some restaurants close by. They had a car parking.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Decor was basic, not good value for the area. All staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast staff were super nice. The only constructive feedback is the older guy at the reception who didn’t want to change the batteries to our safe.

The hotel was nice, easy to reach. We had good breakfast, although it was a little crammed in the dining room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, with twin beds, as requested. Good clean bathroom with enough place for our things and sufficient supplies. Air conditioner in the room was a great asset during the June heat.

Seriously, why would I want to see my friend in the shower or on the toilet through a glass door (at least it was blurred glass) that, on top of it all, wouldn't even lock?? I don't know what ideas do hotels have lately, but i'm getting a lot of them with no proper doors to the bathroom...

- staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming - toiletries were well maintained and stocked up - breakfast was good - very good location to the centre of milan (only 15 minutes to get to the main city centre) - bed was very comfy (good night sleep) - triple room was connected to a balcony which was a nice view

- could be better if there was more variety and more replenishing of the food at breakfast - the only hot foods was bacon and scrambled eggs

Very good city area, pretty quiet, metro station nearby. By car also good to reach the city in every direction. Hotel is old but was renovated very nice. Rooms are small but comfy. Bed very big and comfy as well. Overstaying was made very good, we found the room clean and the sheets made/changed every day. Breakfast reach and plenty, personal very helpfull.

Rooms are very poor isolated, you can hear anything from above and nearby. In the room was very hot, we had to open the window during the night, even allegedely the heating was off. Stuff was helpfull and kind, but some of them have a poor english, not even understanding a word, especially the waiters.

The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. We checked in around 11pm due to issues with our previous Airbnb. They checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable, the AC was working, etc. breakfast was also included which was a plus, typical hotel breakfast but the value for the money was worth it.

Breakfast options were good but could use some improvement; mosquito’s in elevator were annoying
