Absolutly everything...Room with bathroom is very nice,neighboroughood is goergouse and calm and safe too.Stores around work to the late in night if you need to buy some food or drinks. Breakfast was very nice and when i came on the breakfast it was a lot of that to eat and i came late and woman in service taking care for everything and she also asked me do i need anything else and people who work on reception are there 24 hours in a day and as i said before everything is clean and nice

I liked everything...I dont need to search again for acomodation because next time when i cameback in Milano for sure i will go back in same hotel,so i only can say thank you for everything and see you next time 🤗

Outstanding Milano Accommodation Experience! My stay at Hotel milano Navigil in Milano was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional service and hospitality. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in the heart of Milano with easy access to all the main attractions. I want to extend a special thank you to Amir and Mina, the receptionists, for their outstanding service throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend Hotel milano Navigil to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Milano. The excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location make it the perfect choice for business or leisure travelers. I can’t wait to return!

I loved the location! The room was super clean and I have never had such a clean bathroom in a hotel. They also had gluten-free breakfast, which was for me a highlight. And the staff, especiallyEdith, was so professional. Everyone was super friendly and even surprised me for my birthday with a bottle of sparkling wine and a wonderful handwritten birthday card. I had really a good time in the hotel. although the hotel is close to a busy crossroad, it was very quiet in the room - the windows isolated thenoise perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property met our main requirements of safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a 20 minute walk of the Duomo or you could jump on the tram for a quick trip to the Duomo.

Our A/C did not work and was just noisy but did not our out any cold air. We could open windows to allow cooler air in but that would allow in the street noise. This was particular loud on the Friday night as the Milanese partners seemed to congregate at the McDonald’s below the building as late as 3 AM.

The location of the hotel is right next to the Navigli in Milan, where there are a lot of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel which takes you to Duomo and connects to other public transport. Breakfast consisted of various items ranging from bread, hams, cheese, jams, yogurt, cereals, fruit and pastries. We had a really nice view from the room of the Arco di Porta Ticinise. Micheal and Edith welcomed us and kept our lugguage after checkout.

Nothing to complain, Tram was a bit noisy but we got used to it.

The room is perfectly sized, and the bed is so comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival and was orderly renewed daily. The breakfast was delicious and had quite a good selection. The location was very convenient as I stayed during NYE and spent most of my days near Duomo. Around 20min walk however their is a tram station right across the street from the hotel. The staff was also extremely accommodating and sweet. They even left a bottle of drink as a gift on New Year's Eve day! Overall, it has exceeded my expectations.

The location of Hotel Navigli Milano was great as it was beside the Navigli nightlife and a tram ride to the Duomo

They didn’t mention the scaffolding and canvass outside the entire building so I thought I had a city view but I was covered and blocked

Perfect location, absolutely perfect. You get from the airport to Milano centrale and then you take the tram for 4-5 stops and the stop of the tram is exactly in front of the hotel. Basically, you get out from the team and you entered the hotel. Walking distance to Duomo and a very nice walk to there, would highly recommend walking if you don t have the luggage with you and also this is a bonus, the hotel will keep the luggage for you for free. Highly recommend

I arrive with my douther to concert,and stay there , The staff is amazing: John, Mina and Amir were charming and kind, the hotel is clean and comfortable, close to the city center, amazing view, and excellent transportation from there to the city center of Milan. Breakfast was really good,Really recommend, excellent hotel. 5 stars

Everything was perfect

The location was very good, the staff was super friendly and ready to answer all my questions.Their suggestion for a restaurant helped me have a wonderful dinner and taste local speciaties. There was plenty of options for breakfast, it was tasty, but nothing cooked on the spot.

There is a lot of effort to try to keep the noise out, but on Saturday night it was difficult to sleep due to noise coming from outside, even with the earplugs. Also there was a consistent noise every few seconds, sounded like a machine, not sure if it was an a/c or something else, like a pump, but it was annoying.
