Location nearby Moscova station. Nice staff. Delicious breakfast,especially for the croissants. More spacious and novel than the photo looks like. Cozy balcony.

Air con didn't work so room stayed quite hot but not a massive issue just opened the doors every now and then. TV could do with an update, only one English channel

Location very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed was too small, breakfast not so good and check out too early, coudn’t change that if u would pay more money.

Fantastic location, 15/20 minute walk from the Cathedral. 30 minute walk from Milan Train station. The metro station is literally a 30 second walk away too and the tram is 2 minute walk. The room was massive! Really spacious, airy room with a big bathroom too. We were really impressed. Breakfast was great. Every person on reception that we encountered were lovely!! Really happy, smiley and friendly and really helpful with any questions. The hotel is on a road with restaurants/bars on but we didn't hear any noise at all. Also there was non stop air con in the room which was really needed as outdoors was so hot so that was great! Comfy bed and good facilities. Overall really pleased with our stay, we would definitely return.

I dont think reception could have provided a quiet room as there was a thunderstorm happening on our night of stay lol just our luck. But apart from that the room was perfect comfy bed and big bathroom. Fridge n tv in room (although no uk channels) Breakfast was standard continental (again Italy just doesnt do proper bacon n eggs or sausages always seemed to be like hot dogs streaky ham n scrambled eggs) but ham n cheese croissants n coffee did the trick. Great Burger joint at top of street Prime one seven burgers. proper tasty.

Wifi didnt reach our room must have been an end of corridor thing with router. Also breakfast again sorry I love a cooked breakfast but also love a continental so was happy either way but! I want to tell all hotels in Italy just leave the Hot breakfast stuff off your menu i'd rather not see it done badly than complain about it. If its ham n cheese n pastries thats what it is. But you all need to chill your glasses for juice.

The room was quite big, especially compared to most places we stay in Europe. The bed was also quite comfortable. The location is perfect for sightseeing and for walking to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the Via Montenapoleone for luxury shopping. The man at the front desk, Charl, was also so incredibly friendly and helpful with dining and bar suggestions as well as in where to find less expensive parking (the hotel does not have its own parking). The other people on staff were also friendly and helpful.

The listing here states that the property has a parking garage - this is not true. Parking is in public garages, the closest of which charges 37 euros per day! The room was comfortable but appeared rather dated. The reviews about the walls being paper thin are also true - you can hear everything outside the room.

The reception desk was very helpful upon arrival and during our stay. The room did not have any view.. but the location is #10 for Milan. The Brara is in my opinion the nicest area where old and new exist in harmony. A 15 Min walk to the famous Dummo  and the Galleria and  additional 20 min will bring you to Navigli and the Colonne di San Lorenzo. A beautiful old  part of Milan. For new area try the Needle Tower next to Garibaldi station which is in the  opposite direction from the hotel and only 15 min walk. We loved the hotel. The only thing that we miss was a tea kettle  to brew tea..But the hotel supplied  us with plenty of hot water when requested. Great hotel perfect service. and best location...

I like more fresh fruit and veg. for brakefast.

This was the best 3 star hotel I stayed in whilst in Europe this trip. The room & bathroom were a lot larger than I expected, it was very clean and the staff were fantastic. I arrived well before check in time but as my room was ready was allowed to check in early. Breakfast was a pretty good spread as well. I really rate this hotel and would stay there again.

A very tiny little thing which could be viewed as a positive or a negative really. The location is not real close to much, 20 minute walk to main Milan hub and 20 taxi to the Milan train station and nearly an hour from the airport.

Nice hotel about 15 minute walk from train station and 25 minutes to Centre and Cathedral. Check in was good, we were a bit early but we were able to access our room. Room was quite large with good size bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable, choice of cereals, cheese, meats etc. On our second morning coffee machines weren’t working properly and tinned peaches had a bit of a twang to them, as though they were off. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was enough big with the wc and shower . It was clean , comfortable and quite . Heating was good. Wi fi is working every where. Breakfast was sufficient and ok, there is a coffee machine and it was good . A very good location where you can walk to Duamo or to the Garibaldi station . Metro station Moscova is very near and around so many cafe's restaurants and bars to find .

Breakfast room is small when the hotel fully booked you need to wait for the empty table and the last day on Sunday some supplies were finished like no butter or cream cheese to find . They can move the reception to the sitting area as the sitting area mostly empty and no body really using this place and instead of they can use the reception side to enlarge the breakfast area .
