Excellent location only 2 stops on Metro from Milan Centrale.station and Duomo. Fabulous neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and great supermarket at the end of the road. Apartment modern, clean and very comfortable. Excellent for a family with ability to cook. Air conditioning bonus and necessary in summer. My family loved their stay in the apartment and I have recommended it to friends.

Given most people will only be staying a few days a basic welcome pack would have been very useful eg foil to protect oven shelves to cook on, a dish washer tablet for each day of the stay, washing powder supply.

1. Poor wifi service. A supplemental modem was provided, but connecting cable was not compatible with wall outlet. 2. If a system for return of keys exists, I was not made aware of it. The key is required to lock unit's entry door upon departure. Therefore, I couldn't leave keys on the counter and secure the door by simply pulling it shut behind me. Moreover, to exit the building, another key is required at parking level. Fortunately, while the street gate needs a key to enter, it is not needed to exit. Therefore, final departure required us to deliver luggage to building entry gate, then return to the third floor through propped-open gate to leave keys on counter in unsecured apartment. A key drop box at front gate would have alleviated the aforementioned complication.

As I travel for work I usually stay in the same hotel and was hesitant to stay at an apartment. But the location was great, with the supermarket and several restaurants nearby. And while it is true that it does get noisy in then living room especially during warmer nights, the bedroom window faces the inner courtyard of the property so no difficulty with getting some sleep. The apartment is clean and quite equipped - they even have an umbrella in the closet. The people at their office are nice and friendly - and they even let you keep your luggage there (within office hours) should your flight or train be later than check-out time.

Everything was great, but what would really have made the stay exceptional is if they had at least some basic needs for cooking. Salt, pepper, oil.

the apartments are in a very central location in one of the most beautiful quartets, in a walking distance to the most sightseeing and many exceptional restaurants and bars and very near to a 2 different metro stations; yet it is surprisingly quiet, very safe, very clean; the apartments are in an old appartment building which is very well maintain, and the apartments are modern; I will search no other place if I go to Milano again

Great location. Bright, clean, stylish, and very comfortable apartment. Large, well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Management was extremely attentive and did their best to satisfy our requests. Luggage storage in the main office is very convenient.

Living room (with sofa bed) is noisy until late at night due to the restaurant/bar on the street below. Soundproof windows in the living room and kitchen would be a welcome addition to the apartment.

The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, there were many shops and supermarkets around, it was close to the main attractions, and most importantly, there was an office where we could put our luggage, it was less than 5 minutes away from the apartment, it was easy to find, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they helped us book a taxi, everything was very convenient. We'll book here again next time

The apartment is really very nice.it is very spacious and in a great location near shops and everything is walk distance.i really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

Could use some hungers in the bathrooms and some kitchen paper.also since there is an espresso machine it would be nice to have some coffee capsules.

The apartment is very spacious, beautiful and stylish. It's located in the heart of the lively Brera district, but is facing a gated residential and very quiet courtyard. The management company provides concierge services and booked for us a transfer to the airport, which was very convenient.

- Our check-in experience was quite stressful, as we arrived with 2 cars, 3 little children and lots of luggage and there wasn't even a place to stop and unload the luggage, let alone park the cars. The security person (unrelated to the hosts) was unfriendly and wouldn't let us drive into the courtyard for not even a few minutes to unload. - It looked like the floor in the apartment hadn't been mopped for a while and was quite dirty. - The kitchen could benefit from salt, pepper and cooking oil.

It was really large and was an easy walk to the lake brea area. Also liked how it was in a quiet residential area away from major tourist areas but still a short walk. Also liked it had a lift for our heavy suitcases.

The lock to the front door was a little tricky but once we got advice from the property manager it was easier.

We were a little fraught as we knew our arrival time would be close to 10.00pm from Malpensa, almost an hour away. There is a 50 euro charge if you arrive after 10pm, which kept being made clear to us! As it happened we arrived before the agent with the keys!
