It was located close to the tram line and ideally situated to get to San Siro Stadium. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Got the top floor room so had a nice view from the balcony. Location from what I could gather was relatively decent. Was only there for one night though. There was someone working 24/7

The steep staircase was not ideal for after a very long day travelling. And the room was slightly dusty in places such as the light fixtures. If you came back to the hotel after 11 or 12 (can’t remember the exact time), you have to call them to let you in (not ideal for if you cannot make calls internationally)

The location was ideal, with vibrant nightlife just a short walk away. The room, situated on the top floor, boasted two charming little balconies, further enhancing its appeal!

The door in the lobby on the first floor cannot be opened. It is very inconvenient to contact the staff next door every time.

- very unfriendly reception guy - showed no empathy at all - information in the booking about pets and parking is unclear. First it shown as a benefit/feature of the accomodation, later in conditions that is not clearly shown in the booking, it states that parking and pets are only available on request for a supplementation fee

The location was nice and the room was comfortable and clean.

Policies: The hotel does not list their policies online. There were a couple policies that I did not like. First of all, no one is allowed in the room. My cousin wanted to use the bathroom and the clerk at the front desk told us that she was not allowed in the room even for a minute. For her to enter the room, we would need to pay 50 euros, which is frankly ridiculous. She ended up using one of the bathrooms upstairs which was very dirty and had no sink. The hotel also requires that you keep your key at the front desk if you leave the hotel, which I didn't like because there was no safe in the room and I had to carry all my valuables with me. There also isn't someone at the front desk for 24 hours as stated. At night, you need to call a number for someone to let you in, which can be difficult if you are travelling and cannot place international calls. After looking at reviews on google, I can see that this is a common occurrence where the front desk staff can be really rude and angry. Staff: The front desk staff during our check-in was extremely rude. I tried to understand the policies explained above and was met with a lot of aggression, threats to call the police, and to be kicked out of the hotel. He slammed the door and was very agitated the entire time. I tried to de-escalate the situation but he was not being reasonable at all. The rest of the staff were nice. Noise: The room on the ground floor has poor sound isolation and you can hear practically everything in the lobby. Check-in: Check-in was ok all things considered. There was someone at the front desk to meet us and I was able to check-in quickly and efficiently. The address on booking.com was different than the actual address and I had to walk for 5 minutes after parking my car. Overall, the stay was ruined by such a bizarre and negative experience during check-in. After a long day of travelling, I was hoping to be met with more courtesy and respect, not being yelled at and threatened.
