The location was great. Very close to a metro stop and in a very quiet area which was great for sleeping well. The room was a good size with a big bed (2 singles pushed together which was great). Once we got the air-con working that made the room a good temperature. Very friendly staff that let us leave our bags for a few hours whilst we went to explore. A good continental breakfast.

The blind for the window didn’t come all the way down so the street light shone directly onto my face which made it very hard for me to sleep. Additionally, went the sun came up in the early hours it made the room very bright and woke us up. If this small problem was fixed our stay would have been excellent - sleep is very important though. Everything else was great.

It was very good with the breakfast and the location was really near to the central landmarks with metro just 2 stops and the metro station is near the hotel. If i come back i can sty again .thanks . Just aa an suggestion or need if there can be some slippers would be much thanks thanks :)

The hotel is placed in a very convenient area, with excellent access to the city centre and other interest points, by public transportation (the nearest metro station is placed about five minutes on foot). The stuff is very polite and exceptionally helpful, providing excelent suggestions for food, sightseeing etc. Also there is garage, which is quite close to the hotel (about 7 minutes by foot), however it is in charge.

It's an old building with old looking rooms, but quite comfortable. Also it's very difficult or maybe impossible to find a free parking lot around the hotel, however the hotel provides the option of parking in charge, in a garage very close.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. As a solo traveller who is not a fan of hostels, I just needed a reasonably priced hotel that I could sleep in at night and have the space I wanted to get ready. I had a single room which was a single bed a dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom. It was everything I needed. The toiletries were topped up each day after using them also. The staff were kind and welcoming and the hotel and room was clean.

Noise from the street and from the corridor. I have no problem with that but for light sleepers, it could be a serious distraction. The cleaning lady entered the room at 9.10 in the morning! I was awake and left immediately as she started cleaning the bathroom. It was the morning of my departure but the hour for check out should be later.

The place is like a time travel back to the 80s giving it a special atmosphere. It is otherwise ok. Kind staff, clean spaces. The breakfast is OK. There were no eggs, which I found strange, but the coffee is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk to the green metro line.

Well, the staff, particularly Marcello at the front desk was exceptional. When I arrived I had only a copy of my passport, not thinking I needed the original to check into a hotel. I'd already been in Italy for 2.5 mos. I had a copy of it and my state ID. Well, after some discussion with his boss, he was able to convince them to accept my ID and check into the room. Tomasso was very nice too! Breakfast was sufficient. Typical continental breakfast with yogurt, cereals, rolls/croissants, sliced ham and cheese and juice, coffee, etc. I just wish someone would offer some eggs, Hardboiled even.

That the only other solution because I only had a copy of my passport was to go to a police station at night, in the dark, in a city I knew nothing about and all by myself at 71yrs old, after traveling on a train for 5 hrs with no dinner in me, to get them to stamp the copy as being a valid document and bring it back to them at the hotel. The bed was unfortunately hard as a rock and the bathroom was so tiny that I could sit on the toilet and brush my teeth at the same time, if I had wanted to. And it was too far from the city center or at least the main attraction which is the Duomo and the Galleria. It cost me a fortune to take taxi's everywhere.

24/7 reception, very kind and helpful staff, clean place.

The room was unusually small, though this was well demonstrated by photos on the website, so I knew what it would be like. The bathroom was even more surprisingly small, the shower inconviniently narrow. The breakfast was basic, not too much variation, but I could eat as much as I wanted.

We stayed in Milan for a night. We originally booked the two single beds because that’s all that was showing as available but when we arrived the man at reception offered us a large double bed. It was wonderful. We had an early tour of the last supper and the location was perfect. Short 8 min walk.
