very welcoming .. I like the profesional staff the moment I walked they knew what to do the gentleman with the glasses and the beautiful two ladies .. offered me a drink helped me with ride reservation for 3-4 hrs .. extended my time for late check out .. the facilities are super the spaces the nice warm atmosphere .. very clean and they keep asking for help and not to forget the guys at the front doors unfortunately I couldn’t tip them because who carry money now but you should find a way so we can tip them. 😂👍🏼

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was close to the central area - Duomo - and the room was large and beautifully decorated. They also had a lovely cake and decorations to celebrate my daughter's bday that weekend. I would highly recommend the hotel for a family as it is not easy to find a high quality hotel with rooms large enough for a family with 2 kids. I look forward to going back ! The view from the rooftop where we had drinks as well as breakfast was lovely as well!

The positive and happy vibes the staff were super helpful and nice the location is good breakfast is varied and fresh the staff went to extrem measures to ensure our satisfaction room service was also varied and delicious

the rooms are a little bit too dark, extra lighting would be helpful I would also suggest a door for the closet, the look of the hanging clothes takes away from the beauty of the room.

The attention to detail of the staff is by far the best in the world I have experienced. Checkin was smooth and fast, concierge booked us a Michelin restaurant. All the extras made this my best anniversary trip ever. Can’t wait to make it a yearly event.

A sauna would have been nice, but our room had a tub which made for a great relaxing moment

-staff were very friendly -location is good if you want to be close to Corso como and central train station -many restaurants, park and services close by. -breakfast buffet was very good with many varieties. -bathrooms well equipped -very good mattress. -nice furniture.

-automatic A/C wasn’t comfortable at all, as it is programmed to get back to original settings at 21C - 22C once there is no movement inside the room (sleeping for instance)!! which is for some people considered very warm specially when it’s already 30C outside!! -concierge is not up to expectations. -private free rides for suites clients, was not available for three days, and we were asked to take a Taxi and bring the invoice to the hotel to get a refund later! (it was not a good suggestion at all, because some will consider it inappropriate for his image to ask the reciption for 10 or 15 euros)

everything in the hotel was perfect but the staff and the service are exceptional! The amount of effort that each and every staff made to make our stay comfortable was extraordinary! I have never been to a hotel where all the staff with no exception were this nice, friendly, and helpful! The concierge service is just another level and its all day long! loved everything abt the hotel. will definitely be my number one choice when back in Milan!

it was a bit cold in our room, but probably because we aren’t used to sleeping with air conditioning. it seemed when we raised the temp, the system overrode our command and returned to its settings. Overall, there wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like.

Couldn’t wait to write a review for this hotel as the experience was incredible from the start! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are very attentive & helpful every member of staff we met went above and beyond to make sure we always had whatever we needed!The design of the building is modern, clean & sleek - and smells absolutely amazing! The room we stayed in was beautiful & the bed was the comfiest thing ever. We were able to have breakfast & dinner at their rooftop restaurant, the food did not disappoint, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere was great! They were extremely accommodating even after we checked out, stored our luggage and arranged our transport to the airport Extremely grateful to all the members of staff at this establishment, I will definitely be visiting this hotel again!
