Personal in Rezeption..

We just started our breakfast some 9:30 am but the kitchen personal came and started to clean the Buffet...

A nice hotel, clean, comfortable and spacious room with an amazing big bed. All amenities available, incl. bathrobes and slippers. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty, big selection of sweet and savory breakfast options and fresh fruit. We had an early check-out due to our early flight, the receptionist gave us a "breakfast box" to go.

The hotel is right next to another large budget hotel and a bar, so it got a little noisy late at night from the drunk people, but not too serious (and also depending on your room location). Location - about 15-20 minutes by walk to the train station and city centre, or about 5 minutes walk to the closes metro station.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, at the breakfast buffet and also the cleaners. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and Italian pastries. Tram stop just next to the hotel and Metro only few minutes walk. Superior double room with extrabed for one child was well sized. Window openable (just a gap) for some fresh air.

The rattling air conditioner (which we did not need in October). Bad windows. Loud rattling tram. Earplugs advisable. Outdated bathrooms.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good.

The airconditioning was too noisy, even at night. At the check out we were charged for chips and a snack from the mini bar although we haven’t consumed them. We realized after we left the hotel. I advise to control it at the check out.

The Gentleman on reception ( didn't get his name 😔, from Naples) was very helpful & friendly and made us feel very welcome and when we booked in recognised, from passport, that it was my wife's birthday and surprised her with (room service) bottle of Prosecco and cake. It is these little touches that make a good stay into a Perfect one.

Everything was very good

Booked this hotel. However, during our stay this hotel was closed. I received this information and was informed that I had transferred to NH Milan Touring. I was a little unsatisfied when I stayed for touring in October last year. But this hotel was great at the moment.

Reception / Staff - extremely available and always present (I got back at the hotel at 3AM and there was still someone from security and someone at the reception. Position - extremely central, 2 minutes from Corso Buenos Aires / Repubblica, 10 mins walking to the station. The gay area is also close by with plenty (1 min) with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafès. Close also to the metro, bus and tram stops, but the centre is also reachable very easily by foot (15-20 mins). Room - very clean and comfortable Bed - great mattress!

The bathroom was a bit small compared to the room itself, but still good.

Superior room was good size. Automatic blinds were convenient and could open windows to get fresh air. Buffet Breakfast was excellent with staff that seemed genuinely interested that we enjoyed the food. The location is convenient to public transportation and walkable to Duomo and Buenes Aires shopping.

The staff is great here, they are very welcoming and provide great customer service. The price was knocked down quite a bit with the "genius" rewards. 15 minute walk from milano centrale. 20 minute walk from the Duomo. Plenty of bars at night in few blocks, most restaurants near are open on Sundays as well.

Lovely room with added bonus like dressing gown and slippers, lovely sized bed which was very comfy. Very clean everywhere. The breakfast selection is tasty and lots of options. Staff at the hotel are so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us, even recommending places to eat. Thank you!

Maybe a hot option on the breakfast but this didn’t bother us. Location is central but not super central so if you don’t like walking, maybe choose somewhere closer to all the sights.
