Everything was good. Good breakfast and kitchen. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms! Good location

Some of the locks on the women’s bathrooms didn’t work

I love that the hostel has a shared kitchen for the guests to use to cook and prepare meals. Breakfast is good.

The Wifi connection in the room is suck. You have to be in kitchen or common area to get a good wifi connection. Some staffs are great (Thanks, Amin) but there’s some who’s not really helpful, and when you try to clarify or ask about something, they don’t really care about giving a satisfying answer. Basically just giving you an attitude “it is what it is, no question asked”. The location is great, although the hostel should really update the direction on how to get to the hostel. There’s a tram station which is 2 minutes walk away from the hostel, instead of getting off at the Metro station they stated on the hostel description, Crocetta and Porta Romana

- Staff was wery friendly and kind, available all time. - Bedsheets nice and clean. - Easy to reach location. Take a tram #9 from Central station and tram #16 to the Duomo. The tram stops are few steps from property. Or just walk 20 min to Duomo. - Free breakfast. It is not very rich, but all you need to start your day: cereals, jam, toasts with ham and cheese., apples, coffee. You may cook yourself at any time. - Rooms are quite. Even during the party i didn't hear any sound. - Bathrooms are being cleaned regularly. - Good drinks in the bar. - no problem to leave the luggage before or after checkin.

- You must buy a lock (~3€) or bring your own to lock your stuff. Locker must be small to fit. - the tap water in the ladies bathroom comes with such a high preassure that everything becomes wet, it is hard to wash hands/face. I hope they will fix this. - no dishwasher. People are washing dishes themselves. Therefore, I rewashed everything myself before eating. - Although location is good, it could be closer to the city centre.

It is very nice and cozy place, full of different options- breakfast, bar, kitchen, work space, relax zone, happy hours opportunity, mini Milano sightseeing. Cool location-15 min by walk to central square Duomo, 50m to tram stop, 700m to metro station. Perfect staff ! They will help you to solve any of your problem ( at least will try to do what will be possible in your situation) Also there everyday cleaning of all areas. For sure , if I will have one more trip to Milano, I will back to QUO and will recommend to my friends as well.

Everything was good!!! Only I have my own wish-list to add in QUO for more best service: disposable indoor slippers, second smaller towel, 1-2 hangers for clothes and mini-sets for travelers ( toothpaste, brush, soap), more powerful hair dryer. Some of this things could be useful for travelers if they can buy it locally here, than take with themselves from home or run to find in some markets after they arrived.

As for the hostel, it was a really nice place to stay. Breakfast was included, so I ate some sandwiches, biscuits and drank some juices, tea. It was quite good. There was quite a big common area for people to gather and work. The Wi-fi was with a strong connection. Also there was a bar where you could buy some drinks or order some food. The kitchen was separated. I stayed in a 4-beds room; it was quiet in it. The beds were bunk ones. Plus, there were a few showers on the floor separated for girls and boys. The staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful. If you want to store your stuff in the locker, which is in your room, you need to buy a lock with the keys for 3 euros. The towels were included in the price as well. Hence, for sure, I can recommend this hostel to stay in) Even, if you travel alone, you'll meet lots of other great travellers in this hostel)

Everything was quite nice, so there is nothing dramatic to improve)

Every staff member is so nice, kind and helpful. They helped me with local travel information and it was good advice. The cleaning team keep the place spotless. Bunks have a dedicated light and charging sockets. Bed is ok and decent white bed linen. Breakfast is ok. Tea, coffee, juices. Breads, spreads, cheese and ham. Cereals including muesli. Small eating area. Family meal, happy hour and live pianist etc What impressed me was the disabled toilet and ramp from the entrance. I have a hidden disability and was allocated a bottom bunk. There are some cafes nearby and a supermarket. The No 9 tram will bring you right outside from Central Milan Station for 2.20 Euros The trams start at 0600. The Malpensa and Bergamo airport shuttle buses both leave regularly from central station and cost 10 EUR online or 12 EUR at the bus

The hostel is pretty dark inside for some reason. My WizzAir flight to Sofia was 15 Euros. The taxi to Milan central was 20 EUR for a 4 minute drive. Obviously no reflection on the hostel. Milan is expensive!

The hotel location is near the tram stop (5 minutes by walk) and tram station (15 minutes by walk). The bunk beds don't have any curtain or cover. Yet, the room is spacious, though the lockers are small. For breakfast they provided some kind of cereals, plain bread, and standard drink options (milk, coffee, juice, water, tea). The kitchen area was quite small, so in the morning the room will be full of guests who queuing to grab their breakfast. Limited seat as well.

The bed wasn't tidied up every morning.

This is my first visit to Italy and I decided to start it with Milan. I am immensely happy that this hostel essentially served as a gateway to Italy for me! Wonderful staff, very kind, friendly and responsive! I will definitely give the staff an 11/10! And it is well deserved! Its high scores are real! Very convenient to have breakfast! And a bar in the evenings with delicious cocktails. You can always find a cool company, because tourists from many countries stay here! In general, I liked everything, but I want to emphasize once again that it is the staff that makes this place special!!!

The interior was great: being greeted by the da Vinci pictures sets the perfect mood. Rooms are spacious, clean, everything is new. There was life music in the bar - super cool!

Things to note: 1) Location is a bit far from train station, requires using metro. Yet close to center. 2) AC might be located right above the bed (was in my case), making people freezing 3) would be great to have bed curtains (whole Italy hostels problem). Having them (and roof) would also solve the problem with AC
