Loved the apartment! It's new, everything is super clean, has all the basic needs for the apartment. On good location, not too far away from the center. Totally recommend it!

Wifi was poor to get on Work Teams Calls. I had to go outside for business meeting calls.

WiFi/Internet was useless. There was an issue with the provider. A point that is also extremely relevant in the home office today. Due to the massive construction, there was no mobile phone connection in the room. The parking garage is all well and good, but if you have a low, sporty car, it scratches the underbody. It is incomprehensible why the entrance has such an angle. The car has a couple of scratches, it was quite uncomfortable. Watch out!

Having stayed the night before in a city center hotel so I could be close to everything I can hand on heart say it was worth it to stay a little further out (5 stops on the tram which is around the corner) to be in this exceptional property. It is a little different and probably the way many places are going in that it relies mostly on using their app but it was fairly smooth and easy to use. That being said there was also a person at the reception desk in the entrance during the day. The thing to note is that this property is brand new so everything is fresh and clean and great working order. The kitchen has all the utensils, plates, pots, etc needed to cook for yourself if needed. The security is above and beyond, seriously the doors are like bank vaults with huge steel rods, I have never felt more safe in my life. To enter the apartment building and the apartment itself there are no keys you must use the code sent to you when you booked. Easy enough. Also the TV has free to air channels (none in english) but it has a Roku that you can sign into streaming channels like Apple tv, Netflix etc using your own account and it set up to automatically check you out when you leave. Parking is in a large well lit very secure garage again only entered via a code. The room itself is very comfortable. The bathroom (no bath) has very nice toiletries in the shower and lovely towels. I loved that there was a washing machine and I could freshen up my clothes after being on the road for a week. There is a water station on the ground floor so you can fill up there and bring to your room, a great sustainable alternative. There is large comfortable modern meeting area with lounges and desks down on the ground level and a fitness room. Internet was solid. I felt safe in the neighborhood, there is a supermarket one street away, a park a few minutes walk, and the tram is just around the corner.

I think having some instructions in the room on connecting to the Roku would have been helpful. I did have a small glitch on my last night where I was signed out of my TV connection and needed to reconnect and also when I reentered the room in the evening it didn't initially accept my code. I contacted staff via the app chat and the response was immediate, although on the third try it did actually open. Morale of the story is always have your phone with you.

I had an amazing stay at Sonder Atelier. The staff was really helpful and the amenities inside are incredible: the terrace, the gym, the coworking space, etc. The room was perfectly cleaned and with all the utensils necessary for cooking; there are a lot of supermarkets really close to the property. A huge plus is that is located near a lot of bars and restaurants, as well as some nice places like the Fondazione Prada and the QC Terme, a place to relax. It is a pity that I only stayed for one night due to work-related motives, yet I cannot wait to go back so I can enjoy a few days of relax in this beautiful vacation rental.

Stay at Sonder was really enjoyable. The room is great, the complex is new. Everything looks like the photos if not better. One of my best stays in Europe Location is good, we walked a lot or used a tram. I was plesantly surprised to see Davines shampoo, conditioner, gel etc. Definitely when back in Milan, I will be staying there. Location offers easy access to different transport options to city center & shopping area. Service at Sonder was great and helpful with quick respond from the chat in their APP, + they reply late at night too despite no physical person in the reception. Room was clean of course as it's new & has is v. well equipped with kitchenware, expresso machine, plates, glasses, washing liquid etc.

The internet connection was bad.

Wonderful place close to the centre. Everything what you need in the apartment. Comfortable bed, A/C in the room. Nice balcony to relax outside. Easy check in/out. Brand new, just opened. Lots of coffee places, shops around, delicious steak restaurant close by. Few minutes walk to the metro station.

Automatic sensor light very annoying when getting up to use bathroom in middle of night. Wakes up others in the room. Lots of background light in the room from the router under the desk, emergency light above the door, smoke detector etc etc Shower cubicle a bit small

Loved everything about this stay! I arrived and thanks to the pre check-in I managed to get into my room very quickly! The room was extremely clean and spacious, all the amenities super useful and very unique design! Had to do some work and the terrace offered the perfect place to relax and focus! Haven’t had the chance to use the gym but it looks great! I will definitely be back soon!! Thanks to all the staff!
