Location, staff, housekeeping, service and concierge. The reception are kind and helpful in all terms. They upgraded our room when they know about our hustle parking our cars and drop off our luggage. They provide a 20% discount for the parking area and will help you for Milan entrance ticket. They keep contacting you before reaching the hotel to ensure you have all information you need

Bathroom was a bit messy, water is coming out of the shower because the door was not closing properly. The windows curtains are not closing fully which will not prevent the sunlight in the morning. Also, you can hear the whispering next door.

Reception was very helpful. They wrote me in advance, let me in before check in time, arranged airport transfer at fair price. Room was cleaned really well. Tea, coffee, slippers, Aqua Di Parma cosmetics - all was great. Location is superb. For those who plan to come, find Dior boutique- hotel is exactly on the opposite side of the street. I had a room with terrace over Monte Napoleone. Breakfast is not available at the property, but there is Illy cafe just few doors further. Restaurant downstairs is great too.

As in every place I’ve stayed in Milano in winter - wind is blowing from under the windows. And I had to keep my feet up. Especially at night it becomes very cold. Though for summer this wouldn’t be an issue.

Location is absolutely great if you want to be in the center, right in the middle of the high end shopping street and pedestrian areas, short walking distance to site seeing, many restaurants The room had all you need, was modern and clean Discounted price was a good deal Great and friendly up front communication with the hotel including giving tips on where to park

Wifi connection could be better, room was small (but had all you would ask for, including minibar and air conditioning), was expecting a room with a balcony, which was not the case, view is on a backside but not unpleasant

Room was beautiful and spacious, also had a great view from the window. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the property had a lift which made getting in and out with my suitcase so easy. Would 100% book again.

The shower leaked a little and the rubber at the bottom was worn away a little, no a massive issue just a little annoying. It didn’t affect my overall view of the hotel which was great.

The location of the property is excellent it is located right in the hearth of fashion square and ideal for shoppers. Our room had a nice terrace with the garden view.

It is more like a renting small apartment rather than a hotel. But they provide front desk (not 24hr) and daily cleaning of the room

super strategic location, room size is great and also spacious bathroom. clean & minimalistic.

the details like the seat in the bathroom needs to be maintained better. it was wiggly and unfortunately there were no slippers. hotel amenities can be improved (only soap and shampoo available). if you get the room next to the reception like mine, you will hear sounds from the outside when guests are coming in.

Very tidy and nice hotel opened just three days before our arrival so everything was very good. Helpful staff that tried to help us find the location even though quite hard to find

Should have had better description on how to find this new annex to the original hotel. Took us quite some time to find it. Better signs at the front door with correct hotel name would have helped

The hotel is perfectly located for both those who love shopping and for those who just want to be situated in the city center. The surroundings are purely touristic with relevant infrastructure and prices. Well equipped, friendly staff and a good restaurant just below the rooms. All minor issues have been easily resolved by the hotel staff. The prices are quite reasonable for such location.

The hotel provides no breakfast options, though there are plenty of places around to go to for it. No free bottles of water in the room (but a minibar is available).

The locations is absolutely awesome, close to the metro station and safe. You can practically walk anywhere from there. The rooms are designed simply and classy. Great experience overall. Be aware that some rooms are very cosy (small). The staff was really helpful.

The only minor thing that I may complain about is some moldy areas in the shower. Hence the room that we had was on the top floor (gorgeous) and shower was practically on the enclosed patio so the mold can accumulate due to weather exposure.
