The location is very excellent and the staff are very friendly and ready to help and respond to any inquiry or request. An excellent large taxi to the airport was ordered through them.

Entry to the hotel was not clear at first because it is inside a building When entering the hotel, you must use three keys for the gate, the elevator, and the room, and each person cannot have more than one copy of the keys. There is no breakfast with the room, but at the reception there is a coffee machine and some snacks and fruits

The location was brilliant, staff were lovely and room was clean and comfortable

The only thing I thought that it was missing was an iron

The property is beautiful and has the best location. It is on a third floor. No lobby to the street but it was never hard to access. The staff is always around and happy to help you get in. The rooms have pretty decor and the AC works perfectly. The linens are nice and the bed is comfortable. The shower could be better. (Easy upgrades: better shower appliance, something to put soap and shampoo inside the shower and a thing for the toilet paper)

Our stay was just excellent. Brilliant location, short walks away from many sights and also a short walk to the metro to move further outside city centre. Hotel is beautiful, staff so tentative and friendly in providing extras needed including iron, teabags for our room, cleaning each day including fresh towels, food and drink recommendations. Hotel and room felt super secure and safe, was sound proof and super dark for long sleeps. Room has tv with Netflix login which is great for night time. All round great stay, highly recommend.

Nothing - the only thing is I noticed the bed wasn’t changed which I assumed would be for a 4 night stay. Not an issue however.

The hotel is stylish and beautiful, with large rooms and a great amount of space. It’s also located right in the charming fashion district and close to so much without being in too busy of an area. Denis and his team were amazing! They made us feel like VIPs and went above and beyond to take care of us. I got a welcome gift for my birthday and Denis made us a reservation for a fantastic aperitivo spot. It was an amazing start to the trip and we can’t wait to return! Will highly recommend!

Nice rooms, decorated very nicely and very clean. The location is very central close to shops and restaurants, 15 min drive from the Milan central train station.

It's a hotel in an apartment, so multiple doors need to be opened and the elevator doesn't work. Quite a hassle to get out and into the hotel. The staff is nice however not very available

Very good choice, everything was organised and professional! The concierge waited for us and took us upstairs ! Everything was beautiful and vintage as we wanted ! Then Saba from front office took care of us, she was very nice and welcoming ! We spent a very beautiful weekend ! The street is near to the duomo and also full of brands for shopping. I would recommend this boutique hotel to everyone and would definitely come back

Great location in the middle of all the designer stores Chanel etc - roughly 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Staff were lovely & welcoming, very professional and can help you with any taxi bookings, recommendations etc. Staff were also contactable on WhatsApp whenever we needed, even late at night when we forgot our key in the room! The room was clean and luxurious and I would definitely 100% stay again! I booked last minute (day before) and got a reduced rate but I imagine in summer months they would probably be more booked up.

The only thing I would say is the aircon wasn’t very strong as barely reached round to the bed from the door, but this wasn’t really a problem as we weren’t in the room much & even when we were it didn’t effect our stay or our sleep!

The location was absolutely brilliant - Right in the middle of the fashion district and close to the Duomo and other attractions (we walked to the Duomo in under 10 minutes) Was easy, cheap and very quick to get to many places including the airport. We really liked the decor. For a short trip to Milan very suitable and conveniently located. Good shower size Our host Dennis was great and Papa Samba was great helping us to leave

A bit more powerful shower but this is a small thing Full length mirror in the room would be nice although they did have a mirror door Sink was a bit small so a bit tough to wash the face Facilities were lacking but ok we weren't there for long and in a great location
