The value for money of this B&B cannot be bet! This B&B is extremely well located in a very quiet street in the old historial center of Milazzo. Contrary to other B&B in Sicily, the owners - Maria and Santo - live upstairs from the B&B, which is useful and Maria gave m amazing tips about the area, including good recommendations for dinner. You can easily leave your car in their garage, which is very convenient in the city center of Milazzo. The room was better than expected, very modern, with a view on a garden and the castle! It was very quiet and the bed really comfortable. There is free coffee available the whole day and the breakfast is to be taken and eaten in your room.

Loved it, we got to check in earlier (much appreciated), the place vas very nice, clean and modern. The host was wonderful, the communication easy (he even told us some recommendations where to eat and to book early for dinner on new year), free private parking in garage was amazing, very close to city center. Breakfast was delicious, you even have Netflix access and the place got everything (a mini fridge, a mini kitchen) so definitely would recommend it!

only two things that I would call out are 1. the main bed was in a loft up a very steep ladder. there was no indication of this when we booked. we were fine but some people could find this hard. would be very dangerous to go down ladder in middle of night to go to the bathroom. 2. breakfast was so-so. it was fine but not great. considering there is easy access to great fruit and pastries close by the breakfast could have been better.

Great location, in the centre and just 4 minutes to the port. The room was very clean and comfortable bed. Everything is new and the shower stream was powerful. The host was very nice, he enabled us to do early check-in even though we booked basically on the same day as arrival, and he gave us lots of tips what to see and how to visit the Eolie Islands. He even arranged some breakfast items for us to take with us, since we had to depart at 6am for the Island, and there is a coffee machine that can be used at any time. Highly recommend!!

Santo & Maria were great Hosts. Welcomed us (on-site parking was great). Our Guest Room was everything we needed, clean, comfortable. Central Breakfast area provided self-serve Coffee any style, pastries, meat, cheese. Located close to many Restaurants, great Harbour walk. This place has it all!! Highly recommend!!

The owners made every effort to make us feel at home. All their advice about what to see in the area and where to eat was very useful. We liked the garage, the excellent postion and the supercleanliness of the rooms. Everything was new, working and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely holiday and visit to Lipari.

Lofted room (they did offer to change my room if I wanted) but I opted to keep my room. Small balcony (almost a Juliet) with a rack to dry clothes. Mini kitchen inside room with a common kitchen area outside with the self-serve breakfast. An assortment of pastries (savory and sweet), yogurt, fruit, and cereal. The parking garage was so convenient as parking can be a bit challenging. Santo and Maria always so helpful. Sometimes the English and communication wasn’t 100% clear but we managed and all worked out well. Because the bed was up in a loft, the AC had some issues reaching up in that area although there is a window up there if you wish to open it (I didn’t). Room was very clean and cleaned everyday. Convenient location with many good restaurants just a few minutes away. The beach is also very close, 10-15 min walk.

All was good but if I had to mention some things: the shower stall was a bit small (hard to move in it) and the bed could probably use an extra layering or pillow cushion on top for additional comfort.

Excellent location with garage although we always found street parking. Breakfast was fresh, local and very delicious. Room was very comfortable. Short drive from some amazing beaches. Walking distance to the boats departure to the islands.

It was a really nice place to stop by in Milazzo. Perfect location, easy check-in/out, excellent breakfast, and overall very friendly and professional hosts. We were happy to come back to in Centro after the islands, and I am already planning to be back!

Right in the middle of the city 5 minutes walk to the ferry terminal. The room was very nice, really well finished with high quality fittings. The room was very clean and had a small kitchen which was great. The suite was very secure with a main door electronic lock and electronic and room lock. Santo our host was brilliant. He messaged us a few days prior to our visit and kept in constant communication throughout our stay.
