A Very good place to stay for a night when you are going to a cruise to the Aeolian Islands or passing by at Milazzio for another reason. Close to everything and even offers a free breakfast at a Cafe located 2 minutes away (nothing fancy, just a coffee and one pastry). The room is somewhat small but has a comfy bed, small refrigirator, and even a relatively large TV screen (with Netflix included). an overnight parking in a private Garage adjacent to the B&B is offered for €15 but you have to book it in advance. The reason I gave it a 9 was that there were no staff on site and all communication was done via Whatsapp/phone with code and card based entrence to the building in which the room is located (residential building with a few rooms designated for this B&B establishment). Unfortunatelly, I have had some problems entering the building, which were ultimetly resolved via good communication over WhatsApp, but it was not a very pleasant experience, and hence the score of 9. Still, overall a very good place to stay for a night at Milazzio. Enjoy! 😇

Small room, bleak view from the window, felt a bit like being in a large walk-in closet. lack of staff on-site, code and card-based entrence that when it does not work out - not the best experience...

Super cute little hotel in the center of town. Excellent communication before and during trip. The staff could not have been nicer, very pleasant people. They helped me to arrange parking for my car before arrival so it was very easy. Check in was easy and they even offered a self check in option. They were able to allow early check in which was very helpful. The room itself was very modern, incredibly clean and comfortable. I had a small terrace which was nice as well. Very quiet place even in the city center. Morning breakfast was simple but sufficient. Can walk everywhere in town on foot, supermarkets, bank, gelato, restaurant, everything. Really great coffee shop downstairs in the building. 3 min walk to the port super easy to do. I found Milazzo quite charming over my 3 days, a simple small city but served as an excellent base for day tripping to the Aeolian islands. I do Hope to go back one day to explore more of the islands and for sure would stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay and experience!

Nothing I loved my stay.

The building seems old and needs updating but once you walk into the apartment, it was beautiful. Very modern, very nice layout and furnishings. Helpful hosts. Very convenient location for the port.

The bed was semi comfortable, I found the starched sheets rough but this is mostly the case in Italy. On our last night I woke up to go to the bathroom and a massive cockroach was crawling by the patio door. It didn't bother me but if you don't like cockroaches... they are there.

Perfect stay at Aeolian Sea Port B&B. We had an amazing room, large and newly decorated, impeccably clean. Staff and owners were incredibly kind and went beyond expectations, flexible with our confusing departure and arrival arrangements, and helpful with any details. Thank you for this great experience in Milazzo. We will return!

The staff was very nice for us. They ended up offering us breakfast and a little bottle of Prosecco. The room was big and very clean and the location was perfect.

It is very strange that both the bathroom door and the wall of the shower are made of transparent glass visible from the room. In this case this was not a problem for us but still made it quite weird. In case it is not possible to replace it, at least warn the costumers in advance.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the port where we took the ferry to the Aeolian Islands. Owner was very friendly and upgraded our room free of charge to one with a bigger shower. Room was very clean, modern and quiet, and all amenities worked perfectly. Internet also worked well with no issues whatsoever.

There's nothing we didn't like. Only comment slightly relevant here is that we went to the cafe downstairs for breakfast with the ticket provided by the hotel and were informed that they no longer accept them. Not a big deal since there are plenty of cafes in the area—and 2 others that should accept the tickets—but figured it's worth mentioning in this section.

beautiful bed and breakfast and perfect position for centre if Milazzo. we was very impressed with the lovely welcome from the hosts. The room was very beautiful bed with very modern decoration. the bed was super comfortable and the shower was very refreshing… breakfast was simple and nice and plenty of food and great coffee.. I would highly recommend the Seaport B&B and will definitely return again.

The location to walk to the port and centre , the room was beautiful and the people working there extremely friendly and helpful, sorted parking out for us before we arrived .Gave very clear instructions to all procedures and directions for both the building and parking

Really friendly and responsive host. The facility which was really comfortable is right next to the port which is the gate to the Eolian islands. The WIFI was working well. Even if we had to check out very early in the morning, we were given a voucher for breakfast in a bar nearby.

From the apartment we could hear little noise in the street and some of the other hosts.

Very clean and nice appartement, good location near the port yet quiet so you can sleep well before going to the islands. The host is really good and does everything she can to help you and give you advice on restaurants.

Nothing to dislike. Excellent value.
