To move around the coast, the location of the hotel is perrrfect! 3 minutes to the beach and to ferry. The accessibility, it's very easy from the sea. There are some steps to take but for me with a 13kg handbag and backpack was very easy. The view from the hotel is just incredible... Also my room had the dreamy view from the top. Rooms and everywhere is clean and comfortable. The breakfast had salty and sweet variety of options and all tasty. Staff are very kind, helpful and sincere which is creating such a positive atmosphere. Can not wait to go back.

We loved this place! The staff were so nice and always there to help. The location is amazing right on the beach and has the best balcony in the lobby where you can eat breakfast. The room was small but had everything we needed. The town of Minori is nice and you should stay here while on the amalfi coast

So many stairs to get up but it’s ok for us maybe not for everyone

Great location close to the beach! 3 minutes away from beach and boardwalk. You can see main part of town from your windows and view is beautiful! Nice lobby for breakfast in the morning and relaxation with coffee or drinks later in the day! There are few specific roles to keep property safe and we felt very safe! My best tip is to use the entrance from the parking lot below the property as the hotel is located 56 stairs above the parking lot. You can secure parking lot for 15 euros per day and leave your car on the parking lot below the property! Even if there is no place at first just wait and someone will free the spot. You need sticker from office to park car at that cost. Check with the front seat and that will explain how this is working.

Nothing.

The location was perfect. The view was amazing! We knew there were around 36 steps to get to it but don’t let that put you off. It’s why you get the view. Once you get there there is a lift to take you to your room. We stayed in room 5. It had the best views. The breakfast was cereal, toast, boiled eggs, fruit…plus great coffee made by a lovely Italian lady. You could also get a drink at the bar at reasonable prices. The lady who served at the bar during the day was lovely too. The ferry and town are right there. Lots of great restaurants. If we go back to the Amalfi coast we would stay there again. Minori has a beautiful mix of tourist and locals.

The wifi only worked on one day but we were fine without it.

Great location and view . Loved balcony. Good cafe and breakfast.comfortable bed.

Room was a little small, for price charged. No hooks to hang towels or clothes. No kettle in room but staff did provide hot water when asked. Staff didn’t speak a lot of English so didn’t explain well on arriving, a lot of up and downstairs to get assistance . No instructions in room re the area of minori or restaurants, or bus / ferry routes, suggestions. Disappointed golf cart was not available ( after saying it was on booking) to get luggage up from road to lodging.

Perfect location and the view was amazing. Very close to ferry and bus stops. Minori is a beautiful quiet village away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly and polite.

It was forbidden to have food and drink in your room from outside the hotel. We have never experienced this and we’ve travelled a lot. There was also no tea and coffee facilities in the room - not even a kettle. I was feeling unwell and asked if it was possible to have a cup of tea in the room and was told I had to have it at the bar. The hostess was not very proactive with her customer service. She was friendly enough, but never actively offered any recommendations or advice. There were 56 uneven stairs to get to the property and no help was offered for getting the luggage up or down the stairs.

Hotel Palazzo Vingius was our first stop on the Amalfi coast and it looked just like the photos. We had lots of luggage so got a taxi to drop us off at the back entry (albeit on a very busy street), but there are stairs from the town square up to the accommodation also. We loved the whole atmosphere of Minori, the wonderful breakfast included at the Palazzo Vingius every morning, the view from our balcony, the charming town square and the beachfront. Minori is close to most things, but not as busy as most places. Ferries and buses are very close by.

The only thing I would have liked is a bigger shower. The shower in room 9 was not very big at all, and the shower head was enormous so everything got wet whether you wanted it to or not. If you prefer or need a bigger shower, I would ask ahead.

Boutique style hotel with beautiful terrace for breakfast . Very attentive staff , felt very welcome as guest through out our stay . I read lots of comments about 56 steps , it was not a problem for us , nice walk as hotel positioned high like on the cliff .

To be considered that rooms are quite small , but I guess it’s general around the coast , so if you traveling with lots of luggage there is no room for storage , only small wardrobe , but we put our luggage on the top of the wardrobe which saved us some space

Fantastic location looking out over Vietri from the balcony. Clean and friendly. Close walking distance to the centre and restaurants.

There’s some small quirks but still a great hotel Lumpy pillows. You had to buzz at the gate to be let in tot the hotel every time you came back to the hotel. Then leave your keys when you left. It felt a bit like a bit prison like. Bringing your own wine to drink on your own private balcony is apparently prohibited. With such a great balcony and provided bar fridge that seems a little authoritarian. The card they give you doesn’t fit into the slot to turn on the lights. I had to improvise!

Just finished 2 nights at Palazzo Vingius. 10 out of 10. Everything about this place is breathtaking. From the moment you reach the last steps to palazzo vingius you realize you are taken away to paradise. The views from every spot are spectacular. The sitting area/breakfast/bar/coffee bar area is incredible. You have all the place you want and always have a spot to just relax and take in all the views. Breakfast is also perfect. Anyone that says differently has no idea what breakfast is. Everything is fresh and delicious. The owner is an exceptional lady and the lovely girl working there during breakfast is just as good. Welcoming and they are cleaning at all times of the day. Making sure all is in good order. The lobby and hallway to the elevator is sooooo nice. Once you get to your room you will see the most incredible views. We had a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the kids had 2 beds and their own bathroom. Both rooms have an air conditioner. Super fresh and cool. Each room has a stunning view, and get this the bathroom has an amazing view while you are showering. I never took longer showers than I did there. Magical place. Beds are comfy and good pillows. I suffer from herniated discs in my lower back and had no issues while sleeping or when I woke up. The cleaning ladies are super nice and so fast in getting to clean your room each day. The small fridge in your room has some waters and beer which come at a little surcharge. But still cheaper than any restaurant or bar around town. Dont forget to walk up to the 2nd floor outside and see the views from there plus a few loungers are there as well. And a little surprise awaits you while you take your pic. Won’t tell you. It’s a secret. In ending we want to thank everyone there for their exceptional service and making our experience a memorable one. We will certainly come back here. Only place I’d stay in minori. Grazie a tutti per un grande lavoro. Arduino e famiglia.
