Very nice hotel super location 3 minutes walk from the beach prices are very fair and staff very helpful and welcoming, rooms are well equipped.

Rooms are not noise proof... we could hear people talking in their room above and next to us... We were 2 couples and asked a long time ago through Booking, for rooms close to each other but they said the hotel was fully booked so they put us in different floors with a difference between rooms (one with balcony and one without - something they should not have done to a group arriving together). At 4:00 am a group of young people came back to their rooms shouting and talking out loud but nobody from the reception asked them to be quiet until i did... it cost me my night of sleep.. if it is the case there is no need for 24 hrs reception...

Centrally located in the middle of the town, a few minutes walk down the restaurants and the beach. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Very clean- cleaners do a fantastic job.

No porter service- we carried our bags to our room ourselves. Poor wifi- we were on the 3rd floor maybe this was a factor, wifi was good in the lobby but kept dropping out in my room. Breakfast needs some more Savoury items- the only Savoury item that didn't contain ham or bacon was scrambled eggs. Hotel offers parking at 20euro a day but most days we were waiting 15-20mins for our car to be brought out of the garage.

We stayed here as part of our wedding anniversary tour of the Amalfi coast and were not disappointed. The staff were absolutely brilliant and catered for all our needs during our stay. Alex, Amelia and Andrea were great great hosts on reception, whilst Domenico and the restaurant of the restaurant team made our stay most enjoyable. We would more than recommend staying here. The weather! The rest, was marvellous. In all the years we've been coming to Naples at the end of October, this is the first time we've experienced dull and rainy weather. Nonetheless, the stay at the hotel was great.

The hotel was the perfect solution for a family vacation in the Amalfi coast region. We didn't want to go to the tourist places and looked for something quiet, Italian and with the option to take a small dog. The rooms were impeccably clean and bright with a large balcony to the front side were you can watch the Dolce Vita life happen in front of your eyes. The service personell were always polite, helpful and available in case of questions. The location is ideal, less than 5 min from the water, in the middle of the old town in Minori and quiet enough for deep sleep. It's a great point to stay and travel around with your car or the nearby bus and ferry station. Would definitely recommend for families.

Nothing to complain. If I had the choice, I would like to have a bigger breakfast selection available as the little buffet is kept rather simple. But given the fact that Italian breakfasts are smaller, it was still ok and fine to fuel for the day.

Great location in the heart of Minori but away from traffic, large room with courtyard access, great reception staff who were helpful with every request, clean and attractive rooms and common areas, great breakfast with friendly and helpful dining staff. Cleaners were courteous and kind.

A minor point was that we needed to ask reception staff to adjust air conditioning - all rooms are controlled from a central computer. Once we found the right setting it was good but it took three adjustments to get it comfortable. Lift was slow and quite small, so luckily we were on the first floor.

-More variety could be offered at breakfast -No sea view, but this is to be expected as the hotel is located on the main street

This is one of the best hotels I´ve ever stayed in just as I found Minori one of the most charming places I´ve ever visited. I was a little unsure of the wedding cake façade and ubiquitous white at first but I quickly succumbed. The room had a balcony overlooking the main street which was lively with people and swifts shrieking past but was never so noisy that it bothered me. The maid service was discreet and efficient, the shower always worked and the breakfast was pretty good. The reception people were helpful and pleasant. There was also a bookshelf where I made some swaps, leaving a couple of books I had read behind and taking a couple with me. Finally and most importantly, the price was good compared with the place I stayed in Sorrento.

I would prefer more space to move around and store my luggage in the room than a queen-sized bed. The fridge was also not very efficient so drinks were never really cold but I found that in all the hotels I stayed in in this area.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the use of AC especially when we visited during the summer. The rooms were cozy and had a great balcony! The included breakfast was awesome!

When plugging in certain items our power would go out in our room. The rooms are operated by a magnetic key needing electricity. When this happened the staff were on top of it!

Breakfast was superb - breads, cheese, fruit, choice of drink. Location was at the heart of Minori - 5 minutes walking to the port. Parking - €18 per night for parking. Valet available to park your car for you and we get the car back when we inform the front desk in 5-10 minutes Staff was EXTREMELY courteous. Helped us with suggestions, wifi, something special with request of food, checkin and checkout times etc. Definitely recommend the place.

The place is fantastic and well maintained. The views from the hotel are not great, but a simple 5-10 minute walk takes you the the cafe's and port-side. No complaints.

Average hotel in the center of the city. Easy to find. Not far from ferry or buss stops. Nice breakfeft, tasty food. Staff was polite and helpfull.

However, its not a 4* hotel. All the luxury starts and ends at the reception. At the bathroom in the hotel room the smell of the water was awful, like rotten eggs, sink was rusty:( very very average hotel.
