If you have a car this hotel is a very good choice. There is free parking available and the hotel is not far from Modena and from the highway. The hotel is clean, the size of the room is good, and the bed is comfortable.

Keep in mind that none of these is deal-breaker for me: - There is a buffet breakfast, but it is average in quality. - The parking can get busy. If you came to the hotel late at night during the season, you might not find a place to park the car. - Although the room size is not bad, if you are 2 people in the room, finding a place to keep the bags, is a bit tricky, especially if you have big ones.

Hotel is located in the outskirts of Modena. Perfect for those who still wish to visit the centre but don't want the hassle of being in the centre. It is great to visit nearby museums and tours outside of Modena. Ample parking available on site and although no restaurant is available in the evenings there are 2 good choices next door (Chinese/Japanese and Pizzeria). Other restaurants are also close by on foot or by car. Breakfast has a great choice of both savoury or sweet items. Should be able to cater for all tastes. Staff is also very friendly.

Rooms don't have much sound insulation so sounds from next room, corridor and room above are audible. It didn't affect my sleep but those who suffer from light sleep should take precautions. Otherwise room is excellent.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was a bit far from the center but you could use the busses and in 10 to 15 min you can reach the center. Cleaning was very professional. Breakfast was ok

Facilities of the room compared to hotel stars weren't connected at all. Wifi was terrible. Poor connection and time to time disconnected.

Breakfast was good! Too many bags but understandable because of covid. Still seems like a waste. Customer service was great. really went the extra mile. We came from germany and they were nice enough to lend us some adaptors since we came unprepared.

attention during breakfast was a bit lacking one of the two days. could have been better for the salumi and cheeses and so on. wifi was not good, kept on disconnecting and we had to work on the internet. left much to desire. also for some reason the door of the bathroom didnt go all the way to the floor (?) stopped like 10cm above the ground.

Very nice hotel, comfortable room and bed, clean, quite, good breakfast, the bus stop is very close to the hotel.

A bit away from the city center and the last bus was at 20:00

we had a pleasant stay, very friendly staff, bed sheets and towels changed daily, excellent breakfast, also suitable for vegans and those with intolerances, private and secure parking in front of the hotel. I recommend with confidence

Nice hotel, nice staff and pretty good continental breakfast.

It was really far away from the historial center/train station if you don’t consider renting a car. However it had 2 very close bus stops, supermarkets and a couple of restaurants.

We had a very large room with 3 single beds. It was very clean and had everything we needed for one night in a hotel. We had air con, which was needed and a mini fridge. Tiled flooring as we expected in an older style Italian hotel. It was very quiet too. We were late for breakfast but it was excellent as we had the option of fruit, hot food and and cereals and much better than expected for a budget price of hotel.

It was a business travel and CDH Hotel seemed to be the best cost-benefit option. And it was. Fast checkin, helpful staff, breakfast is excellent with very friendly staff. Same goes to front deskl staff. Rooms are big and very clean. Free outdoor parking and a short driving distance from Modena downtown. We really appreciated our stay.

No complaints, all good.

The hotel is really quiet and the staff really kind. The room was very clean and we had a really huge and comfortable bed.

A bit far from the city centre. If you don't have a car then I guess it's a bit hard to move around.
