The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. WiFi is on international standards. Large breakfast buffet with good choice of all kind of food. Definitely the best place in Modena we met.

The hotel is in the outskirts of Modena and you need a car if you want to visit the town. There is a big outside parking though

During our recent stay in Modena, we discovered a fantastic hotel that exceeded all our expectations. Though not located in the city center, this hotel proved to be a true hidden gem, offering a blend of modern comfort and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything in the hotel was brand new and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The contemporary décor and attention to detail added to the overall experience, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was simply amazing, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. Whether you’re a fan of savory dishes, sweet pastries, or a healthy start to the day, the breakfast spread had it all. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impeccable, making it a perfect way to start each morning. Although the hotel isn’t in the center of Modena, we found this to be a positive aspect. The location provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was easy to reach the main attractions by a short drive, allowing us to enjoy both the vibrant city and a restful environment. Overall, this hotel in Modena offers a fantastic experience with its modern facilities, outstanding breakfast, and tranquil setting. If you don’t mind being slightly outside the city center, it’s a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Facilities are great if you wanted to have a relaxed time in Modena. You can get access to the gym and also the hotel is close by to the city center by car. One of the big plus is the hotel staff. As an example, Cristina, she was very gentle and nice with our daughter - every morning took care of her breakfast. Thank you for being so nice with us!!!

We were on the 7th floor and due to some ducts issues bad olor came from the air conditioner. We understood that they were making some fixes in the ducts.

Rooms were very clean and modern to a high standard with a very powerful shower. Hotel staff all very helpful and polite. Bar was nice with outdoor seating. Breakfast small selection, could have done with More fruit choices. Had gluten free options .

Bar were promoting euro food but they couldn’t even get the football on the screens. Definitely more catered to working people. Despite large indoor car park, still wanted to charge money to park there and instead used large free car park but it is on an industrial estate. We walked into Modena but it’s a good 3 mile walk and not the most scenic. No metro located nearby.

Very clean, spacious and modern apartment.

One of the two TV remote controls was missing. In the room there was no information about the number of the reception in order to call and ask them for the remote control! One of us had to go there personally while we were extremely tired and were getting ready to go to bed… Two of us had forgotten our toothbrushes at home and I asked for two dental sets. They brought only one, but I was too tired to ask again and wait for the second one, so I didn’t brush my teeth that night… :-/

Beautiful new Hotel you could not help but be impressed throughout. Lovely large room with nice views and windows that opened Great location for us but outside the town so take a Taxi as parking is a nightmare Ample Free and also Enclosed safe parking if required Wonderful friendly and helpfull staff Bar one Great restaurant

Receptionist on arrival unfortunately could learn much from her fellow team members personal skills Her attitude was well above her position and although I could name her it was evident her colleagues were equally aware of her shortcomings.

Good modern property within touching distance of Modena. We didn’t visit the city itself but stopped by for the night en route from Bologna to Lake Garda. Overall a very decent hotel for the price and good place for a short term stay. Breakfast was included and was decent, with standard cooked options of eggs and sausage, as well as yoghurt, fruits and pastries etc.

Feels very much like a “business hotel” and the toilet could have been slightly cleaner but overall not much to complain about if staying for a quick visit.

Everything was clean, new and stylish. Breakfast is really good with an open kitchen. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is good when traveling with car to Emilia Romagna region (not in Modena city itself).

Shower head was broken (unusable). When reporting about it to the reception, they sent someone to try and fix it, he was not able to do so and offered us change a room. Thankfully we had 2 showers, so we just used the other one.

Perfect hotel for our vist to Parma, Modena and Marianello, with a very central and good location. We had a rent car so the hotel was perfect also because it has a huge parking lot outside and a garage too so it was very easy to park our car. Hotel rooms very clean and nice with confortable beds. The hotel staff very friendly they even kept our luggage while we visit other towns, the hotel has a very modern design which is very nice, very good breakfast too. Love all!

ALL is great!!

Modern, v comfortable. Excellent and spacious rooms, super walk in shower. Staff v friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurants. Great breakfast and enjoyed a good dinner there. Free parking and loading bay. Distance to Modena not a problem but beeare the ZTL zones in the okd centre. Can v much recommend the hotel.

Initial check in was done by a member of staff who was not v friendly or interested, a shame. The hotel was not full but he insisted we could not have our room until 15h. But the rest of the staff more than made up for this small issue.
