Good location, very nice scenery. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Small repairs like TV antenna and stalled chanalization in the shower are fixed quickly. The receptionists are friendly. There is enough space to park the car. The pool is nice and clean, well equipped with sunbeds.

The WiFi is weak, practically not available in the rooms only in the kitchen and outside, in front of the appartment. For those who like to stay connected to the Internet it is definetly not convenient. We also would have appreciated to have at least the bathroom cleaned at least once over our seven days stay.

Great views from the location that we were allocated. ( We were upgraded from a one bedroom apt to a three bedroom house). Staff are super. Food was good, both the included breakfasts the extra cost dinners. Great bar facilities as well.

VERY POOR Wifi in the residences...very low speed and only worked outside and then just barely. Hard to plan and research trips around the region as a result. Cell phone coverage is also mediocre in the area. Wifi at the main buildings was bearable. Also lacking laundry facilities..either washing or ironing.

Nice area in the Tuscan countryside, with some nice activities to do, especially the horseback riding! We spent a lot of our time at the stables and staff there was so nice especially Elsa 😄! Breakfast okay with a good selection of various things. Took a hike around the area and used the spa as well which was quite relaxing.

We would have liked a little bit better cleaning of the rooms. We had a lot of spiderwebs in the ceilings of our room also someone had forgotten to remove the soap in the shower of whoever previously lived in the room. Likewise for the pool area, almost all of the chairs around the pool were covered in bird poop unfortunately. Wi-Fi is not the most stable.

The location is magnificent, the views,the wellness path is amazing,especially the jacuzzi,the breakfast very good.

The restaurant was closed between 2 and 6 pm,no other restaurant near by,the menu is very thin but you can find something to eat,the service very slow.The rooms are nice but need a little bit of refurbishment, the cleaning was not done for the 3 nights we stayed.

Exceptional place, real Tuscany ambience, stunning views, awesome breakfast, centrally located for day trips and great additional activities for the whole family!

The apartment was simple but functional. We wish the living space was bit more comfortable to enjoy with the family as in having a sitting area instead of one pullout couch and dining table.

Lots of activities, a continental breakfast from buffet and a beautiful setting in Tuscan countryside. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Noises from apartment above was little disturbing, and dinner could have been better. Also the 10:00 standard check out time is little early, as breakfast is served from 8 am.

Everyhing. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff. When we were leaving early, they prepared each one of us a breakfast package to go. It was delicious.

Soma maintenance could be done. It was not on Castellare di Tonda, but some guests around us had no feelling for other guests on vacation, they made noise at night and day constantly. The hiking trails are not marked properly.

Very good value for money. The building, location and included breakfast made memories that we will keep for a long, long time.

The beds! Way too soft for me. I substituted the mattress for a blow-up camping mattress that I had brought with me. The benefits of the place far outweighed this single disadvantage.

The restaurant was superb fantastic food wine and service in a beautiful setting! Great cocktails too and an added bonus of a live jazz band one evening. The mini club was brilliant too.

Nothing much! You will need a car and some of the houses are a drive away from the main restaurant and bar area
