A beautiful, authentic villa, maintaining its true style and heritage. The rooms are comfortable, functional and welcoming. The staff are amazing and must be highly praised. ThankYou for a wonderful stay. We would definitely return.

It wasn’t possible to get drinks around lunchtime apart from the weekend. If one had chosen to have a day by the pool, they might like to have this facility. That said, the breakfast was substantial and there is so much to do in the region, that most guests are out and about.

This was our second stay here, and it was fabulous again. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were exceptional. Cant wait to return. Highly recommended 👌 Thank you for making our stay so great.

Breakfast was great, the restaurant on site Casa Masi is amazing and stunning. Tennis courts was a bonus and we played a few times. Room/bathrooms super clean/spotless. Soft sheets and fluffy towels. Definitely surpassed expectations.

Signage to reception upon arrival as we had no clue where to go! Not an issue though.

I traveled with my 9 yrs old son and this is just a stunning place. The area is huge Villa Sestilia is just one house where guests stay, but it is so well distributed. In Villa Sestilia but also in the restaurant casa Mia, you have so many old items, which have been cherished. From the food, to the facilities to the kindness of the people, the serenity and the beauty of the nature makes this a unique place to stay. I will plan to come again.

Beautiful family run guest house in the heart of idyllic Tuscany. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The room was large and luxurious and the house was peaceful and elegant. we arrived late but reception managed to find us a table at their restaurant, Casa Masi, which is very popular with the locals. Delicious food! Overall a fantastic stay, we’ll definitely be back! Oh and the resident hound Olga is a sweetheart

Amazing guesthouse in the middle of countryside. Marina provided a very warm welcome and smooth check in. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely furbished. The 2 pools (although not heated) are a very nice addition. Breakfast was freshly prepared with both continental options (ham, cheese, eggs, jam, etc) and Italian options (cakes, pies). Highly recommended!

A beautiful and peaceful location in Montaione with a very nice restaurant. Beautifully restored room in the Villa, very helpful and welcoming staff, provided useful information upon arrival. Dog friendly.

The Breakfast could of had more cereal options such as Porridge or Muesli - that's just a personal preference
