Everything! Staff were delightful & went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience.

The massage quality was excellent, but the massage room & underneath the massage table could have been cleaner. There was visible mould under the table & the room itself felt like it needed a good clean & declutter. The flashing coloured lights did nothing to the ambiance of the space.

The vibe of the hotel was great and possibly the best hotel on the island. I had an economy double room. It was large. Some wall paintings would have been nice. The view from my wind was great. I could see the sea. In the garden is a vignard and patios. If I were to go again I would upgrade and get the rooms/ suites with the patios. They looked great. The location in relation to the island is perfect. Walkable to most places.

The walk down to the end of the street where the hotel was located. As a single female walking at night it was a little daunting. But the island felt safe. Also, dragging luggaage on the road surface isn't great.

The view over the sea was fantastic! The quiet garden, the vineyard, so peaceful. Birds singing.... We had a room -- no one above, no one under, just a room beside without guests for the moment, facing the garden. We could actually see the sea from our window. The staff was so kind and welcoming, generous and always there for you. The breakfast was an ok buffé, but since we don't eat gluten and milk products, we got alternatives, which in fact were better in the last days of our week when they begun to care for going to the gluten-free bakery to buy fresh soft bread in the morning! They gave us baked eggs when we asked. The coffee was very good! And they tried the best to give us what we wanted. We also got a bottle of their fresh own wine as a present when we checked out, that was very much appreciated!

As we need gluten and milk free products, the breakfast was a bit poor in the beginning of the weak. We got only some hard biscuits and flakes -- no milk free butter even. We asked for some eggs, which they happily gave us without any concern. The last few days they begun shopping in the gluten free bakery in the morning so we got fresh soft bread, that was very nice! The breakfast room was a bit too cold also. The room was ok clean when we came (though some dust behind the TV and on the wardrobes), but unfortunately the cleaning service was a bit too careless during the week -- not caring to clean the floor properly or on the basin behind and under things...

The friendly staff, the location, and the wonderful garden truly make a stay at La Vigna an amazing experience. It is a very relaxing place to wind down after arriving from the bustling city of Naples. Would definitely recommend a stay here, and we will be back.

The shower arrangement needs an update (room 13). The shower itself could not be fixed in a holder as the hose was too short. Also, in peak time (09AM), the water pressure was not sufficient to keep the shower going.

Only reason we didn’t give excellent all the way is that we got bitten by mosquitos. I appreciate its in a vineyard but a mossie plug or something would have made it a more wonderful experience.

Staff are so welcoming and friendly . Views over the bays are fabulous.

Very Quiet place up on the hill. Old Style charm. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Nice view from our Window. The garden was so relaxing.

The swimming pool not yet open in the beginning of April. It would be nice in the future the Hotel to use a bigger shampoo and soap dispenser and no longer small plastic bottles. Thanks!

Lovely hotel and facilities, in a fantastic location with friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone and would love to go back.

Room was a bit dated, and shower small and mouldy around the edges, but the rest was clean and completely functional. I also realise the practicality of using two singles as a double, but not always as comfortable to sleep on.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds, including the various outdoor terrace spaces, the vineyard and the pool, were all meticulously well kept and provided us with our own little oasis above Procida. Thank you to Luca and the team for making our stay so wonderful!

The room was spacious and clean with a lovely westerly view over the island, lovely sunsets. The hotel had a lovely old country house feel, and a large garden and vineyard. The large swimming pool had plenty of sun loungers and a bar. Breakfast in the dining room was good. The hotel is located high up in the town, but it is a short walk through the narrow lanes down to the waterside restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and organised a taxi for our early morning departure to the ferry and a picnic breakfast to take with us.

We liked it all, except for a few mosquitoes!

This is a really lovely hotel located right in the heart of Procida. The staff are so helpful & welcoming. It's an old traditional building & we felt like we were staying in somebody's house. The decor is really lovely - white walls, terracotta & traditional ceramic tiles, big wooden wardrobes, shutters on all the windows & local artwork everywhere. And the dining room ceiling is beautiful. We loved the pool too - excellent bar service & great good there every day. It was a fabulous place to wind down after a tour of Italy.

There was nothing to dislike here! Just note that there is no lift in the hotel & plenty of stairs to climb. But that's part of the charm of this hotel.🥰
