The property is located about 20 minutes away from Montepulcino. It is up on a hill and the views are spectacular! The property dates back to the medieval ages and the history of the place is so amazing. And the grounds were so beautiful! Everywhere you turned, there was another wonderful place to sit or enjoy the view. There was also a wonderful pool area where you could sit in lounge chairs and just relish in the views and all your surroundings. They have a large patio that overlooks the Tuscan hills and the sunsets there are gorgeous! The breakfast that is included was superb with so many choices. And we had dinner at the restaurant all 3 evenings we were there and every meal was excellent.

The only thing I feel they could upgrade would be the furniture and the bedding. It all seemed a little old fashioned. But the bed was comfortable and we slept well! The bathroom was a decent size but the shower was very small.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Borgo Tre Rose from Thursday to Sunday and I must say that I absolutely loved every moment of my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. We received a free upgrade and got a bedroom with a breathtaking view to the hills. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, the bathroom spacious and clean. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic restaurant and a a very complete breakfast buffet. Overall, I would highly recommend Borgo Tre Rose to anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay in Tuscany with a lovely view. The staff, facilities, and location were all exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

We noticed that with the arrival of more guests the WiFi became very slow. In any case, it would be good to confirm the speed and stability of the internet with the hotel if you are looking to work remotely from there.

Superb location with one of the best views you can find in Tuscany! Clean room, comfy bed. Garden is gorgeous, loved the many options to chill outside (little tables with chairs, a lot of benches etc.).

Breakfast could be more varied. Walls of the rooms are paper thin, could hear every noise from the neighbours. Bathroom could be upgraded.

In the heart of Tuscan landscapes, among vineyards and pines, this hotel is a hidden gem. Great facilities with outdoor pool and tennis court. Wake up early and go on a stroll around — you'll love it.

Would be great to have still water bottles in the room. We arrived late when the reception was closed already, so it was impossible to get any water for the night (except for the tap).

A great location, we greatly enjoyed it, helpful staff and great food.

Only comments would be, it would have been helpful to have an information pack in the room like other hotels which tells us about things like cooking classes, wine tasting, laundry, bike riding. Also with the apartment, having an iron and board in the room would be beneficial.

Excellent place to relax and unwind. Grounds are very well kept. We did the pasta making class which was a highlight of our 2 week trip throughout Italy. We also did the wine tasting which was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast each day.

We wouldn’t recommend the private dinner. It was the same menu you could order at the restaurant, just in a private setting but with a much higher cost.

We loved the room, great view (if it wasn't so foggy on our day) and the location is so beautiful within the Vinyards and the grounds look perfectly maintained.

From a previous visit we remembered having dinner with wine arrangement and the staff being very knowledgeable on the food and wine pairing. This level of luxury was lacking this time. People smoking underneath the window of our suite was not pleasant.

Awesome views, enjoyed the quietness and the garden

We were disappointed to learn that the pool is closed for cleaning, could have mentioned that on the booking site. Also, it was a surprise that we were charged extra for asking some bread during the dinner.

The vineyard next to it, the fact that it offers activities like wine tasting, yoga, cooking class. we did the cooking class and it was awesome. the chefs were very good and fun, I learned a lot. Food at their restaurant was great, breakfast had a lot of options (eggs, pastries, cheese, ham, various types of coffee, fruit, cereal, etc) . the property is just gorgeous , with pretty views, and nice decorated rooms.

nothing really, everything was exceptional!

We loved the vew from the property. The grounds were very well manicured. The staff were fantastic.

More attention should be made to the breakfast.
