The house is in a country side. Very clean and newly renovated. Big rooms. The bed was comfortable and the towels were very pleasant and soft. Breakfast was good. Do not expect a hotel breakfast in respect of Verity. However It was tasty and had vegetables, serials, eggs, cheese, cold cuts, fruit and deserts. Marta was very kind and helpful.

We were 5 people on the upper floor apartment with 2 rooms but with only one bathroom and toilet. So things went a bit slower for us. The shower stream was weak sometimes. No desk.

In the heart of a quiet rural area, a charming old-style villa with a breathtaking view awaits you. Each morning Martha prepares a different home-baked pastry, which adds a very homely feeling to the breakfast. As Garda vacations are all about star trips, going out every day and returning to the hotel felt like being in Tuscany with Garda excursions.

It isn't "I didn't like it", since I wanted this rural view, but you have to consider the location, which is a little south of the lake, not on the lake.

Every thing was just perfect 0 Martha is a lovely host . Breakfast had a good selection and we could also have some scrambled eggs too. The rooms are immaculate and very spacious with eye for detail for everything. The location is so perfect and idyllic - just 20 min away from Gardaland yet so peaceful and quiet with view of the garden and the corn fields. Perfect for little children to run around safely.

La Piana is located in a beautiful, pastoral setting, just a few miles away from hustle and bustle. We were warmly greeted by the host, Marta, and made to feel at home. Marta also provided great information on the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was personally served by Marta in an inviting room with a beautiful view. We would love to return someday!

Very friendly host. Check-in was adjusted to our need. She helped us every day with our questions about the area. The room was nice with 2 big beds and airco. Everything was clean and smelled great. Breakfast was great (adjusted to my intolerances!). The view was truly amazing! It was a very nice and quiet area.

We did miss a small fridge in our room.

Clean, very spacious, quiet, uncluttered. Pleasant and helpful staff. Bed excellent. Breakfast was ample. Parking was excellent

A minbar was advertised on Booking.com but there was no small refrigerator. My cold goods were stored in the kitchen which I was not able to access

Marta, the host, was very helpful, and accommodated any need! She always had the best suggestions and even went over the line to arrange us a wine tasting. +the view from the breakfast room, the tranquility of the Italian countryside at its best! +very big and always clean room (family of 5)

The Place was big enought for us. The House is nicely decorated. We were happy that there was a Fridge on the Corridor we could use. Marta was really nice and answered our Messages quickly.

I didnt realize we were supposed to be alone on the Place (with other guests). I thougt it was more like a Bed an Breakfast. But it was ok. Internet was really poor. The Beds were too hard for my taste.

The villa is in a quiet and secluded place with a magnificent view. After the busy days in Gardaland and the lake villages, it was like a remedy to go back to La Piana. We had some home made cakes and muffins for breakfast. The house is very beautiful from the inside and outside.

Quiet, tasteful breakfast, good location - close to the lake. Marta, the host, makes you feel like home, even better. Gave us great restaurant and go-to locations. There should be no reason to exclude this property from your list in Garda region.
