A very attentive, personal and very friendly staff. The kitchen is fabulous. Do not go anywhere else if you want splendid food at very reasonable prices. The cook is both traditional but courageous in his interpretations. Best fresh ingredients. The locals come for pizza, which are good, but do try the tortellini, heavenly thin dough well balanced spices in a nest/ shell of Parmesan. Lovely. The antipasti a must as well. Located 2,5 km from downtown in front of a most beautiful small church. Expect church bells at 8:00 but a very quiet night.

After having have slept in two dorm rooms in hostels before my arrival, Locanda Al Santuario felt like an oasis in the desert. The staff was very nice and helpful, airconditioning was great and with the windows closed the church was really not to be heard.

This is not a complaint, as I was aware of it when I was booking, but it is a bit far from the city center and I was by foot. The route from the city center to the hotel was sending me to walk on the driveway. It might be advisable for future guests in a similar situation to rent a bike or grab a taxi.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were extremely attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is great and the terrace outside for drinks was perfect. We also loved the church bells ringing at different points throughout the day. There is plenty of breakfast on offer and a lovely gift shop.

The location of the hotel itself is a bit mystical in its own way, as is the hotel itself, which is a real museum with all its paintings, old furniture,. . . the owners are very fond of antiques and have a very tasteful way of incorporating them into the property itself. The hotel staff is really very friendly and the food is more than excellent.

Perfect place to stay if travelling by car. Great restaurant and bar in the same building, very welcome stuff. beautiful atmosphere! Perfect to stay just in two, eating tasty food and making rides to near beautiful places.

Nothing that the host could change. But be aware that the place is near to the church, and the bells are starting at 8.

Great hotel, lovely staff very accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Only thing, too far from centre to walk, if you have no car. No fridge in room.

Nice area, very friendly staff (especially the lady at the reception and in the restaurant), well-functioning air conditioner in the room, cleanliness and free parking space available. It turned out to be very convenient that part of the building is also a restaurant and bar.
