This small property is a great value for guests. Our ground floor room was very spacious and the large shower stall in the modern tiled private bathroom feels luxurious. Christian is an exceptional English speaking host with many suggestions on things to do and will help you make arrangements. We appreciated the lovely private patio outside our door with beautiful flowers and it was a great space for secure storage of our bicycles. The breakfast served on a rolling cart waiting for us outside our door was delightful.

The mattress was not as firm as I would have liked.

There was no public transport from last train station (Gagliano Leuca) to Santa Maria die Leuca in the beginning of June. So the host luckily had free time to pick me up from that train station! It was awesome, man, thank you again and again! He explained me everything in the room and advised some restaurants, bars in the city. Room has a small balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your delicious breakfast.

It is about public transportation system if you use trains, buses for traveling. Except "season" time, there is no bus to arrive to Santa Maria di Leuca.

Modern, large room and bathroom, great shower and it's own little terrace (with drying rack). A good Italian breakfast with quality products, and generous stocks of coffee and tea. It is very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the beach and town center. Christian is an attentive host, giving great recommendations and assisting us with transport arrangements.

The WiFi is ok, strong in the shared kitchen but not super strong in the room.

Nice location, can park outside. Host very welcoming and helpful, secured restaurant booking etc for us. Room was large, clean, comfortable and good Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast was left in kitchen on wheelable trays so you take them into the room which was a lovely touch.

For the cost everything was very good.

The host, Christian, was so welcoming and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed so we could enjoy our stay in Santa Maria di Leuca. The suite was spacious a very quiet. It also has a nice private garden patio to enjoy. I highly recommend this B&B.

Great new place, everything is clean and the host is very friendly. He helped us arrange a boat tour, and knew a great selection of restaurants. At a nice walking distance from all touristic spots. Would come again!

Christian picked me up at the bus station (6km) and organized a boat trip immediately due to bad weather forecast. Good breakfast, good tips for reastaurants nearby.

Spotless clean, spacious room and extremely nice and helpful host in a quiet yet central neighborhood. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The only minor issue was the mattress, where we could feel the springs. However, maybe we were a little too sensitive.

Christian is wonderful. He sent us to his friend’s restaurant called Sancrestia for the best Italian meal to date. the room is clean and spacious.
