We loved this hotel. All staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. I booked the evening meal but thought we would be going to a restaurant if we were disappointed with the meals. Nothing of the sort. We ate every night at the hotel, they were so very good. Our room overlooked the sea and had a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and sheets changed constantly. We are hooked on this hotel. But you do need transport. We went just to relax so suited us very well. The swimming pool was more than our expectations with plenty of beds and unbrellas. The hotel does have a private beach.

I am struggling with this question. What could have been better? Not a lot quite honestly. It ticked all the boxes but should we go again we will organise transport perhaps. No public transport and unfortunately we went just off season so all excursions had finished.

One of a family run small hotel chain since 1966. My room overlooked the port and had a large balcony. Fantastic swimming pool still open late October unlike other hotels in the area. Helpful staff with good guidance on parking. Solar panels and electric vehicle charge point - this hotel is moving with the times and demand. Bed super comfortable. Very good included breakfast.

The Hotel Terminal-Caroli Hotel is a well-located, comfortable and clean hotel that is great value-for-money. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient for those wishing to visit Santa Maria di Leuca and is nicely situated facing the ocean on the main esplanade. There are many restaurants and coffee shops conveniently located just a short stroll from the hotel.

Nothing to complain about!

This was a charming place to stay. The town it seems has seen better days and may be experiencing a revival, this Hotel will help with that! It was just great, our room was spacious, our balcony overlooked the beautiful sea view. A wonderful piano player entertained guests at breakfast. Electric bikes were available to rent and we had a wonderful morning seeing the sites and visiting the Light House from where the view is spectacular. Lots of good restaurants to choose from nearby. The breakfast at the Hotel was lovely. We will remember our stay here for a long time. :) Footnote: I foolishly left my shorts, which had my wallet inside with cash and credit cards at the beech and when I missed them in the evening I assumed I would never recover them, however the Life Guard, Marco had diligently noticed and left them at reception for me. We hear lots of stories about pick-pocketing in some Cities in Italy, this is a story to balance things out! Thank You Marco!

The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay safe and secure. The breakfast was a nice spread with a good choice - even scrambled eggs. Can't beat the location - directly across from the beach with private chairs and umbrellas. Our room was large enough with a comfortable and clean bedding. The balcony was a big plus - waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the waves. I will for definitely stay at the Terminal Hotel. Oh, the out door piano player was lovely !

Not much - perfect stay.

A lovely, spacious seaside hotel. For the price it was really good value. The room was big enough, though the bathroom was a bit tiny. Stayed in the back of the hotel and even though there were no sea views there, it was still all splendid. Staff friendly, the cocktail bartender brilliant (though I only drank wine) and breakfast (too?) copious. I’d stay there again, next time booking a room with a view over the sea.

With an upgrade the view from our double room with sea view on level 3 was great but our friends's db room with sea view on 1st floor had only partial sea view from the balcony, the window faced the court yard :( Breakfast was good.

The rooms and bathrooms are dated and need a face lift.

Modern hotel, well maintained and excellent staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, including a small private beach, and a pool. Breakfast was very good. Location excellent.

The hotel does not have parking, so have to find somewhere to park on the street.

After reading the bad reviews we were prepared for the worst but we actually had a great time. okay the breakfast was a little mwah but sea view room with a private beach could for this price was great! :)

it just looks like an old hotel from the 90s but that was fine for us

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great, right on the lungomare with free parking right in front of the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Dinner was limited, just a few things on offer, all simple and not exceptional.
