The location was amazing and the staff was very kind. The room was comfortable, however a little bit noisy due to the neighbors (walls are thin). Anyway we had a great time here and plan to come back. The breakfast was good, we had everything that we needed. The watermelon was especially delicious.

It was not highlighted that the parking place is 10 min walk from the hotel and you need to pay extra 9 euro per day.

I enjoyed the food, the beautiful landscape , it’s was so peaceful . Friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day which was fab, towels and bedding changed every day which was fantastic . I would return . It was a shame that we could not use the hot tub. A few more bars would have been nice.

The room was a little dated . One extra English Channel would have been nice. The table and chairs that are at the rear of the hotel, soft sofas would be a nice addition in this area

The location of the hotel is exceptional. Only a few steps out the door to the beach aswell as to the local restaurants. Breakfast was very convenient. Especially great if you’re only staying a few days

Nothing that I didn’t like, anyhow the rooms themselves are not very modern. Indeed something that is expected in Italian hotels.

Hotel is located at the promenade. Restaurant is a moder (reconstracted) part and last space at hotel are older one but comfy. We traveled with dog, charge per day 10€. Breakfast is rich. You can eat outside at terrace, where you can look at Garda lake. Hotels resaturant is amazing, serving are huge and tasty, we definitly recommend to visit.

Small issue is parking. It is for extra charge for closesed parking 9€ per day and further (10 min by walk) 5€ per day.

Great lakeside location. Delicious breakfast and wonderful dinners available at the Hotel. Stunning views from our balcony on third floor. Friendly breakfast staff. Delicious Prosecco and free mini bar too. This was our second stay there and we hope to visit again.

Hotel Benaco is a great hotel in a lovely location looking out at Lake Garda. We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the very nicely prepared breakfasts each morning. We would definitely use this super hotel again and would highly recommend it.

I think soundproofing could be better. I could hear some noises from the upstairs room like when someone used the bathroom. It was not a big deal but I think it's something that could be improved (:

On arriving after a very tiring day the lady on reception was lovely and very friendly. We were very pleased by the warm welcome. The location is perfect and lively on a night which is nice. Breakfast was good and overall it was a very good stay. We were very happy and would definitely stay again.

Rooms are little outdated which would suit the hotel well if the rest of the interior was not so modern.

Hotel with charm and character - I think it's the oldest one in Torbole, with the most history. Looks historical on the outside, but is very modern and comfortable on the inside. There's AC, fan on the ceiling, modern bathroom, even an elevator in the building! Great breakfast buffet, with excellent selection of ... everything, including homemade cakes. The hotel restaurant is an added bonus, and the food they serve is very good. Location is amazing - basically right on the lakeshore, several steps away from the beach. There is a small parking lot right at the hotel, and a bigger one a small walk away. Sparkling clean, rooms are cleaned daily. Everything you need for vacation. Shorter or longer.
