After we changed rooms, the larger room was excellent. The hotel reception staff were at all times exceptionally kind, helpful, informative - a real joy to deal with. Even when we had an issue with the room with a broken AC they went out of their way to make the rest of our stay a delight. The views over the lake from the early morning watching the surfers were just utterly stunning.

The first room was very small, impersonal and absolutely roasting as the AC could just not cool the room. The restaurant is also very trendy and expensive for an evening meal, particularly when the restaurants nearby are so welcoming and much better value for money.

The staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us. The views were breathtaking from are room. My boyfriend proposed to me in the Aqua restaurant which was so special and romantic and they played our favourite song, The food was excellent he couldn’t of pick a better place. When we went back up to are room there was a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed. We were completed spoilt. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed I would throughly recommend it. We will be back for are honeymoon. 🇮🇹🥂🍷😎

lovely hotel, clean, modern and comfortable rooms, fantastic staff, friendly and helpful, excellent location in Torbole, quieter and more relaxing than some of the other villages on the lake. We were upgraded to a room with a breathtaking lake view free of charge, was a lovely place to wake up The food in the restaurant was delicious, some of the best we had on our trip, the tasting menu was incredible, and our waiter recommended a perfect local wine 🍷 The spa facilities are definitely worth a visit, we opted to use the spa on a rainy morning, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

an absolute stand out accommodation of our stay in Lake Garda. My husband and I were visiting Italy on our honeymoon from Australia to complete a 369km bike ride loop around the lake over 7 days. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, upgrading us to the best hotel room with a jacuzzi. We took advantage of booking the Sauna experience which I highly recommend, especially after cycling all day. We also decided to treat ourselves to the inhouse 4 star restaurant which was incredible value for money and a highlight of the trip. Around 8 courses served over 4 hour sitting and we loved every dish. The whole 24hr experience was magic and I would do it all over again.

amazing rooftop view of the lake, fantastic check in and check out process with friendly staff, great breakfast selection and coffee. id have loved to try the massage and spa but ufortunately didnt have time. the bathroom was huge and the shower was great

the second bed was actually a sofa bed, but it was still comfortable. the fridge was very small with no ice or freezer section

We had an amazing welcome on the arrival, the lady who checked us in was really helpful and nice and given me a really nice surprise by upgrading our room to a much better as it was my birthday 🥳 The room was spacious, with a huge 🛀 and unbelievable toiletries by Comfort zone that smelled just gorgeous. The location is brilliant too, just overlooking the Lago do Garda.. Breakfast was very good too, croissants especially ☺️

Fabulous location on the edge of the lake. Really good hotel with helpful staff and an amazing breakfast. Huge bathroom and we liked the toiletries provided. Wish we had stayed in a bigger room overlooking the lake.

Room was small and the wardrobe was also too small for 2 people. Bathroom was huge but the lighting was poor. A little disappointed considering the amount of money paid for the room.

Thanks for an awesome stay! It really exceeded our expectations. The personnel was absolutely great: they upgraded our room to a room with a lake view (see the photo), were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and neat, with daily cleaning. The view was above any mentions. The Hotel is gorgeously situated: close to all points of interest in the area. I definitely recommend Hotel Lago di Garda! Will come here once again for sure!

Amazing staff who really made it a great stay..the location is great, right on the lake and it's clean, comfy and modern. Great bathrooms too and we received a free upgrade.

You had to pay for the spa and use wasn't included - that said, if you booked it you had it to yourself and it was lovely!! Beds could be a little softer but were still comfy.

Everything was exceptional from start to finish during our stay. Receptionist Chiara couldn’t do enough and was hugely helpful with suggestions of places to go/things to see. Our room was spotless and the view of the lake was breathtaking. It’s location is also excellent - the bus we got to the next town dropped us back right outside the door of the hotel. The ferry is only a matter of steps from the hotel and likewise shops and restaurants. It was the perfect place to stay to see the North of Lake Garda. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough.
