I felt like home. Valeria and her sister were amazing! I cannot recommend this accommodation enough! Breakfast was good and they were very accommodating when I had to travel early some mornings, they would put out some things for me so I had something to take with me, and always left the kettle full of water, so I was able to drink tea late at night. They gave great advice of places to visit, and were very responsive to msgs. The room was pretty large for European accommodations in my opinions. The area was good, a couple of family run restaurants, a grocery less than 2 mins away, and you can walk to the Duomo, the main streets, museums etc all within 12 minutes. I hope to return to Naples with my mom and stay at this accommodation again!

First of all, everything was extremely clean - room, bathroom, towels. Good air conditioning, very comfortable bed. Room pretty big with a lot of spaces for personal items / clothes. Last but not least, the kindness of Valeria and the ladies who were in charge with property administration - very helpful, they gave multiple instructions regarding our options to go to airport. Even if we stayed only a night and left extremely early in the morning, we had our breakfast in the room - the ladies gave us all the products in advance, after our check in.

Valeria and her sister Antonella kept in contact with us to ensure our check in went smoothly, as we walked from the train station. The apartment is easy to find in a safe neighborhood and has a lift available for use. We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome as they introduced us to the B&B with care. They provided us with a map and indicated where we might find points of interest and pizzerias! Our room and bath room were spotless and comfortable. Since we had to leave early the next morning to catch our flight, they offered to arrange a taxi. A delicious breakfast greeted us before we left complete with our last cappuccino. These hosts made us feel like friends and we had a lovely, though short stay.

I booked this B&B, because it had such excellent reviews here. And I have to confirm these are fully warranted. The B&B is situated on the 2nd floor of a residential building. It is about 70 stairs but there is also a lift (I only used it once and I did not have to pay anything, though there is a money machine inside). The area around is fine, there is a supermarket in the same street and a lot of shops and restaurants. The B&B has 4 rooms. I had a standard one facing the courtyard (the other ones face a quiet street). The room looked even better than in pictures here, I had the impression it was brand new. It is decorated with taste and sense for details, it is absolutely clean. The same applies to the bathroom. There is an air-conditioning (useful in winter, it heats the room) and a fridge. There is also a kettle in the breakfast room that can be used to have coffe/tea (available). For breakfast, there are two options: a) rich breakfast served at 8.30 and b) cappuccino and croissant (cornetto) picked up from the bar opposite the hotel. I am used to having a simple breakfast quote early, so I mostly went for the second option. Yet, for anyone enjoying bigger breakfasts, the first option is to be recommended, as everything the sisters brought was excellent (I especially loved the bread!). That brings me to the two sisters running the B&B, Valeria and Antonella. They are really nice and kind, it is visible they care about the guests. The communication was swift and easy, they kindly checked me in at 12.00 already (greatly appreciated, I had the whole afternoon for the city), they served me coffee upon arrival (again greatly appreciated, as I had to get up at 5am on that day to catch the flight), they explained everything about the B&B and Napoli, they gave me various tips and, also, a small present when I was leaving. I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B and I will for sure be back.

Nothing that I would dislike . Just a suggestion - it might be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast room (I twice brought pizza for dinner and I would have liked to warm it up). But that was no major issue.

Nice room. Parking at the building. Friendly owners. Excellent coffee and delicious sweets at the bar for breakfast (if you need breakfast before the time they serve it).

The water flow in the bath is weak. The offices of the owners are in the same apartment, so the atmosphere is not very cozy b&b style at the facility. The owner arrives at the building on 0830, which is bad in case leaving early with the car as the parking exit cannot be opened earlier. Furthermore, Breakfast is served not earlier than 0830. We needed it earlier so we got a voucher for the bar downstairs for coffee and a sweet pastry so no real food but tasty.

The place is so convenient located, close to the historical centre, ferries, train station and only 15 min from the airport. The host went a mile to keep us happy and inform, the breakfast is cold but taste and the coffee is amazing, in the last day we had to catch an early flight , we got voucher for early breakfast to the next door bar. I can't think higher about this place. We stayed 6 wonderful days, and I would definitely go back.

Take a free walking tour in the historic centre before anything else, worthwhile to get the tips on what you should not miss. Ask the hosts to mail you the good and inexpensive eating places .

Fantastic accommodation with a great location just outside the old town. Instructions for the arrival were very clear and the host made sure that we have arrived without any trouble. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Valeria, the host, was incredibly sweet and helpful with all the reccomendations and tips and was very responsive to messages. We felt very welcomed. And of course the Italian breakfast was delicious! Such a gem this place!

The B&B was simply amazing. Antonella and Valeria were amazing hosts, we had amazing days at the place. Antonella made sure we felt home, preparing us homemade Italian breakfast. She was super friendly and tried to help us along the way, suggesting places to go and giving us tips. If you’re looking for a 100% Italian experience, I totally recommend staying with them! I will totally come back!!

319 al Duomo is in a great location in a lovely building. We walked from the main train station but it is very near the Duomo metro. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bedroom had air conditioning & a fridge - very handy in warm weather! The hosts are very kind and have thought of absolutely everything, with lots of little extras. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh produce to choose from. Valeria gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and eat and also booked us a taxi to the airport (very reasonable price). We were able to leave our suitcases which was much appreciated on our final day exploring Naples. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

After a traumatic start to our visit to Napoli where we left our reserved accommodation (paid for) due to the condition of the place, we booked 319 Duomo online, on the fly, with Booking.Com on a street in the rain. Arriving at 319 al Duomo was like entering Heaven. The bed and breakfast took most of the floor of an apartment block. The entrance, dining area and our room were all brightly decorated in modern colours and materials. The owners, two sisters, welcomed us in a very friendly manner and gave us a tour of their premises. They continued with supplying us with a map and highlighting areas of interest, metro and train stations and recommending areas for dining in the historic area of Napoli. We had a good nights sleep in comfortable beds. (Slight interruption with fire-works, but then it is Italy). Breakfast the following morning consisted of cereal, tea or coffee and a plate of Italian cheese and meats, with fruit and yoghurts available as well. A breakfast to last you to lunch.

Napoli itself is a disappointing city, especially the historical quarter. It is very grey and grim with beautiful architecture from all decades which are disgracefully defaced with graffitti by stupid morons. How this is allowed to happen one can only guess. The other problem is finding the accomodations. They secreted in buidings which have huge wooden doors with a small door in them. These inevitably are always closed. Signage for the accomodation can be on a small plaque no more than 20/30cms square. Keen eyes and map reading skills are certainly required.
