Ok. Let me elaborate a bit. When we booked this place it was called Hotel Believe. Later it was renamed as B&B Believe. We thought it was a proper hotel when we booked and were disappointed to see an small apartment. Even though many felt it is closer to the station and all, it was not the kind of accommodation we are used to staying and that's why we have given it a poor rating. May be this accommodation is suitable for different kind of travellers. The host was very sweet and accommodative but as mentioned this accommodation is not what we would like. We have no complaints about the host who took care of us nicely and also the bed and amenities. But the location was very bad according to us and also it was not a classy place as we would have liked.

B&B Believe was a perfect stay for us for one night prior to flying out of Naples Airport. Conveniently located to the train station we walked to the B&B and were greeted out front for check-in! As other reviews state, the outside of the building is quite old and run-down but once inside the B&B everything has been updated, secure, and clean! We were very happy with the clean and spacious room. Breakfast in the lobby is self-serve and offers coffee, yogurt, juice, and other snacks. We requested a taxi to pick up us the next morning for a ride to the airport and the taxi was arranged and on-time as promised! We would recommend B&B Believe.

We chose Believe because of the location close to the central train station. It is not at all touristy, but rather in a very typical Neapolitan neighbourhood. The signage is small, we were guided to the correct building by a helpful woman on her porch. Once we called the number the attendant immediately came to let us in. Inside the room is exceptionally modern and comfortable. I appreciated standing on the balcony and soaking up the atmosphere of local Napoli. It is close to restaurants and walking distance (40 mins) to many sights. Highly recommend- would definitely stay again.

Our b&b was very nice and clean (just as in the photos). The bed was big and comfortable. The location was very good transport-wise, very close to the Garibaldi metro and train station. The self-service breakfast consisted of only sweet snacks but I guess it's normal in this part of Italy.

The door from our room to the common part of the b&b were pretty thin so we've practically heard every noise from outside (people having early breakfast or late check-ins in the hallway). It wasn't too bad for us but if you care about quietness and privacy it may bother you a little.

Room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Nice selection of snacks for breakfast (no fresh food unfortunately, but at this price I didn't really expect it). Quiet area at night (and mornings mostly), so could get some decent sleep.

Place was rather difficult to find. Also no staff on site. When we arrived (last minute booking admittedly) we had to wait ~2h for our room to be ready, even though we were well within the checkin window. Location is also not the most convenient. It's nice and close to the train station, but quite far from most other attractions in the city.

The food was fantastic, very well appointed breakfast area. Location was very close to the train station, easy to find. The bed was super comfy. Newly renovated room, was very nice.

The building was a little run down and we were nervous of the elevator which takes coins. Difficult to communicate as the host didn't speak our language.

Location is very convenient near the main train station. Room is clean and comfortable, it also has a balcony. Staff was very kind and helpful. Even before our arrived they turned on the air contioned so we came into fresh room what was a real pleasure.

Accomodation is located in one narrow street so if you arrive there during summer months do not expect to enjoy chilling on the balcony because there is too hot and no fresh air.

Very clean and modern inside. Helpful staff, and I liked the fact breakfast snacks are available to guests anytime of the day. Good Central location.

Its located on the 3rd floor, and the lift wasn't working, which was a pain, but of course outside of their control.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice.

Breakfast is pretty poor, only sweet options are available unfortunately. The room was nice but the location of the accomodation and the city overall is very dirty and sometimes the smell is unbearable.

Believe is a fantastic B&B situated 400m from Naples Central Station. The room was fantastic, very clean and the bed was just perfect. Will stay again! Believe e’ un fantastico B&B ubicato a 400m da Napoli Centrale. Stanza fantastica, molto pulita con un letto comodissimo. Ritornero’!
